He could nick a Reagan quote:
"I want you to know that also I will not make age an issue of this campaign. I am not going to exploit, for political purposes, my opponent's youth and inexperience."
And a Biden one too:
“The only thing I bring to this career after my age — as you can see how old I am — but is a little bit of wisdom. I come to the job with more experience than any president in American history. It doesn’t make me better or worse, but it gives me few excuses.”
But they had/have a sense of humour.
