Daily usually. Sometimes, it’s it cold I sleep in socks and then leave them on to go to the gym first thing then put a clean pair on when I get ready for work. Those socks would have been put on before bed usually though so not worn for long so only leaving them on an extra hour. Usually I wear tights for work so gym socks worn for 90 mins then put in the wash and tights on after I’ve showered. Would never take a pair off and put back on at a later date.

Don’t wear them: hate my toes being confined.

I don't find socks very "confining". Don't your shoes get sweaty and don't your feet get cold?

Every day but do occasionally wesr the same pair again if I'm gping to be home and having a shower later in the day.

How small is your washing machine that 4-6 extra socks a week would have you wedded to it ... ?

I'm not going to wash anything that doesn't need washing. It's a waste of time, energy, soap powder, the lot. Just ain't happening

I don’t have massively sweaty feet, and I am swathed in my menopause cloak so rarely feel the cold.

In fairness, after soft play everyone should have a shower while they set fire to their clothes. Then a bath. Then another shower. And probably another shower and a course of antibiotics.

Socks are the least of it!

Youngest DC is 14 and I am so happy that those snot encrusted days are far behind me!

So true!😂😥
