There was a great article from The Atlantic shared on the last thread about how communities are organising in Minneapolis, including notifying neighbourhoods via Signal and doing training on how to observe ICE raids without transgressing the law.

Apolitical people in their 70s are getting involved to defend against what they see as the violation of basic Christian principles by ICE at the moment.

It's not some sort of secret that the people of Minneapolis have mobilised in response to what's happening in their neighbourhoods!

I wouldn't put any money in anything associated with Trump.

Plus, if it's good enough for the US military, it's good enough for the people of states being overrun by fascists with guns and masks. When Pete Hegseth et al are 'in trouble' for sharing classified military plans on signal, then we can talk.

Yes but this shows that local government officials were part of this too! They have access very to sensitive and confidential
information such as license plates of ICE vehicle and potential addresses. Is that allowed?

It shows nothing. First of all, referring to protestors and organisers as 'hatemongers' shows in the first line that it's not a serious piece. Second of all, it's from Fox, via an 'independent journalist' and the entire thing lacks sourcing or evidence. It's all allegations, allegedly, alleged.

Protestors are now being stopped and arrested by the local Minnesota police..... So the local police are now protecting Ice agents! Wonder if Trump's chat with Tim Waltz has changed his message about fighting against ICE agents. The protestors are furious as they feel they have been used. Well they have .... to distract from all the fraud! To think Waltzn could have been vice president now.....
