What did you eat today?
I love reading what people have (and getting new ideas/recipes).
My new year new habit is to have a side of veg with each meal (and eat it first).

Breakfast - Sourdough toast with soft cheese & bagel seasoning, side of cucumber/tomatoes,

Snack - Crisps

Lunch - Stovies with beetroot (traditional in my part of Scotland)

Snack - Christmas choc (trying to get through this)

Teatime snack - Bowl of homemade lentil & veg soup, a couple of crackers

Dinner - I am going to a pub quiz so will have a wee something to eat from their bar bites menu!

Weetabix and a glass of water for breakfast

2 slices of seeded toast and pate for lunch

a slice of Christmas cake mid aafternoon

tea will be the last of the New Years ham in some kind of potato bake / rosti type concoction with a fried egg on top!

1 slice of seeded whole wheat toast (dry) 2 boiled eggs and one small vine tomato. 1.30
2 slices fruity toast, scrape of butter. 6pm
2 litres of water. 1 multivitamin.

Feel so nauseous and extremely resentful that even with that coming to under 500 cals, I will still either gain weight or stay the same.
Obesity is shit.
Mounjaro is not all it’s cracked up to be.

You sound like you’re struggling. I don’t know what to say to help, but I hope it gets easier for you and this is just a passing phase.

B - 1 egg and 2 egg white omelette with a little bit of protein cheese and one slice of thick white bread with some ketchup.
1 cappuccino

L - was at 10am today because I am having a hungry day 😭
Sat in Caffè Nero and had a large skinny cappuccino and a cheese and tomato tostati

S1 - 1 orange

S2 - 100g 0% Greek yogurt with chia seeds, honey and blueberries

S3 - that viral Korean carrot salad - I’m greedy so added cucumber - it was delicious

D - homemade basmati rice and dhal

1 chocolate digestive
1 cup of tea
1 homemade cookie

My period is starting in a few days - hence the eating all day.

I can’t stand food the first few days of my period, so it balances itself out.

Two pain au chocolate and a cup of tea for breakfast. Lunch was a cheese toastie. Dinner was honey roast gammon, chips, peas, pineapple and grilled tomato. Snack.....dark chocolate brazils ☺️ not brilliant but 🤔

Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and toast
A slice of chocolate cake
A Lindt chocolate
No dinner yet but will probably be leftovers from yesterday (roast beef, etc)

I really need to stop eating shit!

I slow roasted a duck overnight so I’ve got a full roast tonight to eat while watching the traitors

L - cheese scone, crisps
Snack - 2 homemade cookies, more crisps. 5 xmas chocs
D - avocado on toast with egg.
Will have sone nuts later.

I love chocolate brazils totally forgot to buy any this Christmas!

B- coffee
L- Waitrose chicken salad thing
D- pea and ham soup three slices of sourdough

Snacks- my biggest downfall!…. 4 rich tea biscuits, skinny whip bar, honey dew melon, chocolate biscuit and 3 Percy pigs

First day back at work and realised I didn't have my wallet, my phone doesn't have Google pay anymore, and today I decided to treat myself to lunch at the canteen so nothing in my bag. Bloody nightmare, I fast as well so hadn't eaten since 8 the night before.

Found a bakewell naked bar in my bag, then raided the biscuits tin for 2 salted caramel teacakes (marshmallow things). Even my sugar for my morning coffee had been pinched and the milk in the fridge was 3 days out of date.

Came home and inhaled leftover salt and pepper pork with rice, then had a roast chicken dinner and half a freddo. Later I will investigate the chocolate options and have a slice or Christmas cake with some Stilton

Looking forward to watching the night manager with a treat plate.

B - porridge with berries, seeds and a drizzle of honey. Cup of tea

snack- satsuma A handful of quality street ( left over from Christmas) Cup of tea

L- Roast chicken and veg soup 2 x veggie rice cakes topped with Philly and avocado. Cold Latte

D - left over boozy gammon from yesterday day with mushrooms, in a red wine sauce and chargrilled veg. Cup of tea.

P 2 left over mince pies with brandy cream. 250ml of of orange juice.

I am currently sat here eyeing up the left over cheese board from yesterday, olives, pitta chips and dips plus more the remains of my Lindt reindeer.

At this time of year I find very difficult to stick to eating 100% healthy.

Shortly, sweet peppers stuffed with herby sausage meat & garlic bread, followed by pineapple & cream

Sorry! I know I sound mean... You can add all the veg but eating six times a day is mind blowing to me. Especially on a short day.
I’ve had two meals today (one you’d probably consider snacking) and I don’t have time or appetite to eat again.

Breakfast - homemade banana/blueberry/PB smoothie. Wholemeal toast w butter and yeast extract.
Snack: buckwheat crackers
lunch:homemade veg and lentil soup w slice of bread and two homemade biscuits. Cantaloupe melon.
snack: pistachios
dinner; cheese, spinach and mushroom omlette w airfryer chips (yes, homemade!) and brocolli

Breakfast Greek yoghurt mixed with a scoop of protein powder and a small handful of blueberries

lunch - approx 2cm square piece of cranberry Wensleydale followed by a tub oh houmous dipped with breadsticks (eating up Christmas food)

Snack, apple & will probably have 2 squares of dark chocolate later.

Dinner, pork in coke, mash potatoes, veg

drinks, coffee, Coke Zero and diet tonic.
