My guess is, he will fold or obfuscate, but I've got the popcorn ready for the response.

Assuming the US courts take his BBC whine seriously (seems they are really stretching it to claim it may have been seen officially in the US) then the next step should be to move to request strict proof of the claimed losses.

I have already contacted the BBC (I have them on speed dial 😀) in case they need a UK citizen to attest to how the documentary may or may not have affected my views about Trumps character.

Unfortunately I think they have a cunning plan- find a willing American Maga supporter then living in the UK but registered to vote in Florida, absentee voting, . They then say that due to Panorama they didn’t vote for Trump - oh and told everyone they know in Florida about how terrible Trump is.

How would Trump prove they had not voted for him ?

Florida will have it's own laws, and they will be subject to the constitution, so I wonder if it could be possible there ?

UK courts detest consequential losses (or so I was told when I tried claiming them) - any losses need to be quantified strictly.

Or that if that individual didn’t vote for him it made a difference to his reputation in the slightest (it didn’t) I hope the BBC stay strong because as shown with the Universities giving in and paying doesn’t work anyway.
