And they're going to say that we're blowing up drug factories or whatever. And guess where they're going to be? They're going to be near military installations.
So that the generals who are loyal to Maduro pick up the phone and say, hey, buddy, it's now time to move to Turkey. Okay? It's now time to move to Turkey.

His argument that this is just about the drugs and about immigration, I think she has revealed in Nicolas Maduro, until President Nicolas Maduro cries uncle, is a way of saying they want regime change in Venezuela, which is going to be a problem for them because Congress is not, at that point, you have to go to Congress.
But why do they want regime change?
