Caroline Flack - she was so let down

Just watched the documentary, it’s so sad. She was treated so awfully by the press and police.

I feel so bad for her mum and friends and family 😢

If my other half cheated on me I’d probably do a lot worse

I think that’s more of a negative about you than a defence of Flack’s behaviour tbh.

Lunde · 22/11/2025 16:08

If he wasn't injured why did the London Ambulance Service state they treated him at the scene?

and I don't understand how you can hit someone with a phone so hard that it cracks the screen without injuring the victim?

Thedevilhasfinallycaughtupwithhim · 22/11/2025 18:18

Greyrock2828 · 22/11/2025 16:31

@Lunde they attended because they were called to attend. What treatment did he require? Magic sponge? He didn't have stitches. There's photos on the Internet for all to see.
If my other half cheated on me I'd probably do alot worse.

And I would hope you would be prosecuted accordingly.

Violence isn’t funny.

Greyrock2828 · 22/11/2025 19:27

No its not but neither is cheating on your partner. @Thedevilhasfinallycaughtupwithhim I don't think there has been a shred of compassion for that poor woman here who lost her life because she was vilified by people like you. What happened on that night was an argument fuelled by excessive alcohol between two lovers gone wrong (by his admission too), an isolated incident with so much regret on both sides, which was then completely misreported and turned into a media frenzy where people seemed to relish her downfall, and enjoyed making fun of her, watching her suffer when it was fairly obvious she was deeply remorseful, ashamed and it had been a terrible mistake but instead she got lynched by the public, media and labelled a long term domestic abuser. It's so wrong. She clearly wasn't well enough to go to court. It was totally wrong that the police dragged it out so publicly and did not clarify what actually took place that night. Her unravelling and spiralling was so public and noone gave a shite, it just fuelled the media frenzy - you only have to look at the headlines and old news reports to see that. She did not deserve that. I dont care what you think.

She wasn’t a vilified “poor woman”. She was a violent predator.

She should have lost all her tv contracts when she groomed a 16 year old boy who was participating in a competition which she presented.

Greyrock2828 · 22/11/2025 19:33

Oh God get a grip - "predator" what planet are you on love? I'm not engaging anymore with you as you seem "unhinged". @Thedevilhasfinallycaughtupwithhim

She groomed a child into a sexual relationship.
She was a predator

Greyrock2828 · 22/11/2025 19:35

@Thedevilhasfinallycaughtupwithhim get your facts straight, she didn't "groom" him when he was 16. She dated him when he was 17 which is perfectly legal.

He was 16 when he participated in the X factor… where they met and where the power imbalance was created.

It would be the same as if a teacher slept with her student a few months after he left school.

He was a child. And you’re defending a 30 odd year old woman grooming him into a sexual relationship.

Greyrock2828 · 22/11/2025 19:49

No you're still unhinged @Thedevilhasfinallycaughtupwithhim she didn't groom him when he was underage - they happened to be together on the same show. Where are you getting this from? Where have you found evidence of grooming? They dated when he was 17 which is legal and they were mutually attracted to each other - no crime was committed. You can hardly call her a predator - she did nothing wrong. In your opinion is Cheryl Cole a predator because she knew Liam Payne when he was on X factor and dated him later in life? Plenty of people have relationships with age gaps.

Before or after she’s split her wrists, Again, people say all sorts of shit in the heat of the moment
Doesn’t mean any of it’s true.

Which is surely exactly the same for your line of work then, no matter how unpalatable that may be to you…

Perhaps she should have apologised then and admitted her actions.

Are you having sex with teenage boys?

Why are you so offended by someone having a problem with an adult grooming a child?

Doggielovecharlotte · 22/11/2025 19:55

Omg anyone assaulting someone asleep is trouble imv

complete lack of control - worrying

Greyrock2828 · 22/11/2025 20:00

I have a problem with someone making up a story that an adult has groomed a child. That's a very serious allegation. It didn't happen. You've made it up. There's no evidence that that happened anywhere @Thedevilhasfinallycaughtupwithhim

You’re in denial.

He was sixteen and still at school when he auditioned for a place on a tv competition.

CF was the presenter of that tv competition and in her 30’s.

This created a power imbalance.

She then embarked on a sexual relationship with him.

THAT IS GROOMING.

Having sex with teenage boys when you’re in your 30’s is predatory. Having sex with teenage boys when you’re in your 30’s AND you have a career power imbalance is grooming.

I think people need to be mindful that there is a chance her friends or family maybe reading this thread and that no matter what has happened they have lost a loved one. Just imagine if it was your daughter, sister, friend.

You could say that about any predator or abuser.

WhamBamThankU · 22/11/2025 20:14

I haven’t watched it yet but she never came across as likeable. And the fact she dated a 17 year old in her 30s disgusted me.

I don’t think anyone is saying anything untrue. And if it were my loved one I’d avoid such threads. People should guard themselves if they’ll be upset from what strangers on the internet say.
