All this foreplay for the inevitable tax hit.

Anyone following the Darlington Nurses' tribunal will have seen 'manager' after 'manager' deny any responsibility for anything, and see that layers and layers of these people do absolutely fuck all to help either patients or frontline staff.

They are all on what many would consider to be huge salaries and just seem to go to meetings, express 'concerns' and achieve nothing of any value. Plus they are all sitting around in this tribunal for weeks (on full pay, no doubt) so they are clearly not essential to the running of the hospital.

Multiply that across every NHS trust and you can see why the NHS continues to be a money pit. However much money the NHS gets, a vast amount is wasted on this nonsense bureaucracy.

I would put them all on the B-Ark; they wouldn't be missed.

I think you're right.

The OBR uses data the government gives them, and accepts the government's estimates of what taxes will bring. It's all a dishonest stitch-up.

We're in socialist propaganda territory now. All we can trust is what we see with our own eyes.
