A chat thread for those who don't like this Labour government. 💙

The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money.

Enjoying the familiar names on the 45k thread. Stirling work all.

Sorry, I hate this side of me but the Schadenfreude is strong in me today.

MantleStatue · 02/11/2025 17:46

I feel like the 45k is finally finally going to open eyes.

And having spent some time on MN being called all sorts for having DCs in a private school ... well, I can't quite contain my sense of hope that Labour have finally, once and for all fucked it right up.

Nolletimiere · 02/11/2025 17:47

You guys weren’t kidding.

It’s heartwarming to see the penny finally dropping for many.
Pseudo socialists until they have to pony up themselves…

Babycham socialists, if you prefer….

Not a single cat on there though...funny that.

That thread is gold. Are people learning yet? Labour are only going to support the public sector and those on welfare. The electorate don’t understand how much their welfare package equals when comparing to taxed take home.

The only Labour supporters on that thread are running around like headless chickens. They know Labour have jumped the shark and pretty much everyone wants them out.

Oh I see bot accusations are still a thing here. I’ve never seen one person use that term correctly. People don’t understand what they are. It’s just Labour fan code for: we don’t agree with you. They use it without understanding what it means.

NoWordForFluffy · 02/11/2025 18:29

Bots or idiots, it seems! 🤷‍♀️

Yep very June 2024.

I think most are past their level of loyalty to Labour.

The problem with that thread is a lot of the posters are very easy targets - too easy, really. Candy and babies comes to mind.

They haven't been fed the party line yet.

John Healey did the media round this morning and refused to confirm the manifesto commitments on tax.

Me. Exactly! It’s the same. How Embarrassing for them.

Parsley4321 · 02/11/2025 19:09

Yes RR is going to interview every single Labour voter re their circumstances and tax accordingly

Yes. It's the mindset of someone used to being looked after by the state. They have no comprehension of self-responsibility.
