What’s your favourite simple smell?

I have gnocchi bake in the oven right now but all I can smell is the absolutely divine smell of fresh rosemary smoking on top.

I don’t think I will ever tire of that smell.

What are your favourite ‘simple’ smells? Natural, non-processed or manufactured smells?

Pine trees

Basil

Lavender.

Petrol

Lemon zest

Coriander

A baby’s head

Orange blossom

My cat

All the above - basil, lavender, lemon zest, coriander, pine tress and petrol.

plus, Labrador paws 😍

Desil but is that classed as man made? If so I switch to cut grass.

Laundry dried in the sun.
I honestly couldn't stop smelling it when i was bringing it in on Sunday.

The air when it rains after a long dry hot spell of weather. Delicious.
