What’s your favourite simple smell?

I have gnocchi bake in the oven right now but all I can smell is the absolutely divine smell of fresh rosemary smoking on top.

I don’t think I will ever tire of that smell.

What are your favourite ‘simple’ smells? Natural, non-processed or manufactured smells?

The air when it rains after a long dry hot spell of weather. Delicious.

Same here.

I also really like the smell of jet engines & aviation fuel you get at airports, but that probably doesn't count as natural, does it?!

And roses.

And the smell of crushed grass you get in a marquee.

It’s more baked gnocchi rather than gnocchi bake I suppose…but it is delicious
