Truly leak proof travel mug that keeps coffee HOT?!

Fed up of spending five quid on coffee when I'm out and about. Maybe a £30 one will be worth it...

Want something that I can chuck in my handbag for work or when I'm just out and about for the day.

I have a contigo and don't find it keeps my coffee very hot at all. Even 3-4 hours after filling I find it's cooled down too much. I also preheat it with boiling water before putting my very hot coffee in. Am I doing something wrong?

I like my Nespresso travel mug. It keeps liquid hot for many hours and is leak proof.

My husband uses Yeti, he is on the road a lot and his tea will still be warm in the afternoon when he's made it at 6am in the morning. Lots of different designs and colour options.

Contigo, downside is it keeps your drink annoyingly hot 😂

Bog standard Thermos. Seals so well that I can't open it without putting a large rubber band around the rim, bounces around in my handbag on the way to work, comes out with coffee still kettle hot five hours later. £23.

Second vote for Nepresso. I always take mine when I go shopping. It rarely stays upright in my bag, but hasn’t ever leaked. Can be washed in the dishwasher too.

I had a contigo and found it both leaked and cooled quickly, maybe they vary? I got it from asda, so perhaps it was an entry level cup?

I now alway use sip n swell, which never leaks and keeps drinks so hot I always cool them first.

I have a Nespresso one (don't know the name) that's about 7 years old. It's excellent.

Following this as I really want/need a really good cup too. I want to cut down on coffee shop take out waste 😃

I have this thermos one. It keeps drinks hot overnight! I chuck it in my bag with confidence

I swear by the SMASH travel cups. Piping hot, leak proof and always reduced somewhere in Sainsbury’s for under £10!

I have a pretty old Contigo West Loop, it works really well as long as you fill it up so make sure you get the correct size. I've gone for the smaller size as I prefer that amount of coffee. Unfortunately the exterior finish hasn't lasted as well as the interior and it looks pretty crap now.

Anyway I did some research and was going to try the Moon v2 travel mug however now I've seen the Kinto I'm really torn!
