It has on the welsh coast. Im 3 miles from the sea and 1000ft above sea level. And its already rough.

pie and chips for tea, few glasses of port and the stove is already lit.

Not due until later

10 miles from welsh coast here. So just on border of the red warning. Work in a supermarket. Been busy with everyone coming in before it gets scary.

Lots of Establishments already sent staff home, and are not opening tomorrow. Few costal roads shut in anticipation of high tides.

Last night was pretty rough, we had strong wind and rain but today it’s calm and dry.

I’m near Cardiff. It’s raining at moment but calm. It’s been soo dark since yesterday. Weatherman says Storm Darragh will be hitting us later this evening. I’m staying put this weekend. Stay safe everyone.

@Sheknowsaboutme stay safe. It sure is going to be rough on the coast. My walk to work is barely 10 mins but I'll be asking for a lift tomorrow. Think the shop will be dead.

West Wales, 10 mins from coast, eerily quiet and warm this morning, rain and a bit of wind atm.. got Tesco delivery due at 9.00, hope he makes it across the Preseli's!

I am on the South Wales coast in walking distance to the sea. It was horrendous here yesterday afternoon so not looking forward to tonight.

West Ireland. 14degrees, not cold at all, a bit windy. The air was unusually warm at 1, when I went to luch. It was dark and rained all day

It was rough here last night (Welsh borders) but now it's quiet and the dogs are standing outside in the garden, staring at me through the window, which is often a sign of incoming weather drama.

I'm live east of Bristol and its raining but the wind hasn't picked up yet.
Local media is saying that the Bath Christmas Market (aka 50 sheds of shite) is cancelled tomorrow.

I'm in Wolverhampton and wondering if I'll need a rain mac. Going to a gig so hoping it won't be too bad

I've not stopped laughing about the 50 sheds of shite since I saw it mentioned a few weeks ago, and have told friends who think it funny. We went to Bristol and yes shite

The wind was worse here last night than it is now but it's pouring down and has been most of the day, south West Scotland.
