I don't understand this. Blizzard is an American company, based in America, as is Microsoft. What has it got to do with with the UK? And how have they managed to block it?

Because they have a regulatory presence in the UK. (Which makes it easier to tax them for a start).

We need to be careful here - Microsoft are a behemoth - truly one of the worlds Big Beasts. And just because it can' get it's way, may not be a bad thing. However by allowing this narrative to explode onto the world stage, the UK government has lost this battle before it started. Because even if the UK is right here (and I have some sympathy with the decision) the pisspoor control of messaging in and of itself tells you how shit Unicorn Sunak is.

Well done Kay Burley and about time the 'illegal' part got challenged.

Kay Burley was magnificent. Did anyone see Marina Purkiss in action with Rees Mogg? Sisters are doing it for all of us.

I can't listen to that clip with JRM. Two second of that upper class shitty drawl and my head explodes.

She wasn’t against Mick Lynch! She was a Tory sellout

Thank you @DuncinToffee.

Unicorn Britain, where the rich get richer, the poor get poorer and we are told to ignore the evidence we see around us in favour of what the government decides is right today.

Magic money tree when Truss broke the country, no magic money tree for public sector workers.

Unicorn Britain, where there is a pot of gold at the end of every rainbow, you just need a tory friend to help you find it.

Exactly this!

Exactly this!

Is it called unicorn Britain because all our ration will be each day is one corn?

Especially the very end where he cuts to the weather to avoid answering a question.

Well done Kay. Now you need to get 30p into the studio. He'll explain the legal position to you. Voters of Ashfield, we beg you, free us from this tosser.

Watch it for the comic value even if you really like her, it’s hilarious

DuncinToffee · 27/04/2023 16:15

I remember that interview and how bad she was but that doesn't mean we can't give her credit for holding Cleverly to account.

OP posts:
IClaudine · 27/04/2023 16:39

What a tosser not-very-Cleverley is. "Semantically er, er, er".

Blossomtoes · 27/04/2023 16:48

I know this is below the belt but did anyone else notice how porky Cleverly’s become? He’s got about four paunches these days. I’ll now retire with my saucer of milk.

Thanks, @DuncinToffee . I'm here for the continuation of all the nonsense. In other news, I've got a job - back to the NHS (I must be mad) as a PA in specialist services (which is where my heart lies).

Congratulations.

I had to turn this off at the point that JRM stated the reason our energy prices are so high is because we aren't fracking.

Very difficult to have any kind of discussion with somebody prepared to lie like that.
