Hartlepool went NOC from Tory. Labour apparently missed out on a majority by 2 votes. Wonder how many got turned away with no ID.

The Conservatives lost their majority in South Glos and the leader in the Cotswolds lost his seat.

These are good results.

My friend will have to rerun.

I think the Tories are making a comeback.
When I woke up they had lost 1/3 of the seats that they previously held that had been declared.
Now they have only lost 32.8% of the declared seats that they previously held.

Oh no its worse. Now 33.4%

Jonathan Gullis blithely boasting about how Tories are "clawing back support" and claiming it's "Keir Starmer and his leftie lawyer mates" that prevent gov't from delivering, drowned out by Labour cheers at winning in his constituency, is a good summary of the state of play

The leftie lawyer workerati definitely will stop the government delivering if they all vote for someone else. A problem that the Tories don’t seem to have considered.

Result in Hertsmere interesting- Dowden has a 20,000 majority but they've lost control of the council. Hope that's given him pause for thought. Unlikely though.

Redwood suggesting it's about borders and too much Government 🙄 No mention of CoL, the state of the NHS or education or housing.

Wonder if the suggestion of a summer 2024 election was finished off today.
