Can someone PLEASE help me find a holiday. I could literally cry, I'm not being dramatic. I will send you presents. And wine.

Been searching for weeks.

Found something last night. Had to put deposit in bank before paying and it's gone. No AI left and everything thing else seems to have gone up by about £500 overnight.

If anyone can please help because I'm just on the verge of tears.

Requirements.

  • Spain, short 2/2.5hour flight (A must due to autistic child)
  • 6 adults. 2 children. 3 BEDROOMS needed.

-All inclusive.

-A week to 9 days BUT if its a week we need to fly early hours and leave late hours to get a decent first and last day in the sun.

If anyone can find me anything I will send you a present. I'm not even joking. 😂

I had something for 550 each for 9 days all inclusive and its gone. I've actually started crying now. This is so stressful :(

Max budget 5k.

Please help

Well you are being dramatic. Crying booking a holiday?

uggmum · 01/03/2023 16:30

Have you looked at jet2 or easyJet as they are a bit cheaper.

If you join one their Facebook groups you will find someone with a discount code that they will share with you.

uggmum · 01/03/2023 16:31

What are your dates?

IhearyouClemFandango · 01/03/2023 16:32

Have you tried the classic clearing your cookies/web history and trying again?

slamfightbrightlight · 01/03/2023 16:32

Can a friend recommend a local travel agent? We have a Hays one who was recommended to me. Sent her our requirements and she did a cracking job of finding something (or at least I hope she did, we don’t go until the summer!)

NoSquirrels · 01/03/2023 16:34

£5,000 all-inclusive, 6 adults & 2 children (ages?), 3 bedrooms, Spain or Balearics- what dates?

That is a smallish budget for AI depending on time of year.

AlwaysLatte · 01/03/2023 16:34

Ignore the nasty poster.
We use an independent local travel agent, maybe ask around locally for a recommendation?

Twinstudy · 01/03/2023 16:34

When are you looking to go?

PriamFarrl · 01/03/2023 16:34

Might this be a good one for a travel agent? Let them take the stress.

Timeforabiscuit · 01/03/2023 16:34

I'd say travel agent - save the bother and gain insurance.

Call Sunvil.

www.sunvil.co.uk/

Call them and give them your perameters.

Promise- you will get what you want. (We have used them twice now and about a third time)

Comedycook · 01/03/2023 16:36

When are you going? I assume not during school holidays...as £550 pp for AI is extremely cheap

FlamingoSocks · 01/03/2023 16:38

Have you tried onthebeach.com

Tapenade · 01/03/2023 16:38

Depending on dates / children’s ages TUI have a couple in Majorca that would come in under budget. I looked for 1 August, 3 rooms with children aged 13 and 15.

Oh come. Have a heart.

It's highly fucking stressful, I have MH problems anyways. Trying to find something that fits everyone's requirements took weeks.

Thought I finally nailed it and someone pipped it from under me.

No need to be mean. I'm being a bit silly, a bit emotional, a bit stressed.

But this is MN where you can't be any of those things in real life. Everyone has it together and things like holidays (this is out first ever holiday abroad and 2 of my kids are over 18, so it's quite a big deal for me and something I've not done before)

Onthebeach are the cheapest for AI.

Flying from Manchester in Sept early- ALL INC
3 rooms
5 Suitcases flying RyanAir
£Under 5K
Magic Aqua Rocks Gardens in Benidorm.

The problem is the 3 rooms when its only 2 adults so you will have to do this with a travel agent to ensure you get what you need.

Have a look on onthebeach and set it to 5 adults no kids to get 3 rooms and you will see hotels and ballpark prices you can then take to a travel agent.

Holiwoes · 01/03/2023 16:43

My kids break up Fri 14th July but I've been looking from Wed 12th.

It seems most schools break up 21st so I'm hoping it just a bit out of peak.

There seemed to be options a few weeks ago but now that I have the deposit money everything I have saved has gone up or sold out.

OP I found this but it’s half board and the dates aren’t right as you didn’t post your dates till much later on the thread and I was already looking.

Try putting your dates in. I booked on this site and got a good deal in August but there was no all inclusive left a few weeks ago. Would half board not be a reasonable compromise? You could buy extra drinks and snacks at a supermarket?

I’ll try again with your dates.

You don't know what else the OP has going on. Can't you just be helpful?

I'm struggling to OP so I'll be of no use but we can both cry and drink wine 😂

FlamingoSocks · 01/03/2023 16:47

On the beach have loads for that date under 5k. Haven’t dug down into how many rooms etc
