Can someone PLEASE help me find a holiday. I could literally cry, I'm not being dramatic. I will send you presents. And wine.

Been searching for weeks.

Found something last night. Had to put deposit in bank before paying and it's gone. No AI left and everything thing else seems to have gone up by about £500 overnight.

If anyone can please help because I'm just on the verge of tears.

Requirements.

  • Spain, short 2/2.5hour flight (A must due to autistic child)
  • 6 adults. 2 children. 3 BEDROOMS needed.

-All inclusive.

-A week to 9 days BUT if its a week we need to fly early hours and leave late hours to get a decent first and last day in the sun.

If anyone can find me anything I will send you a present. I'm not even joking. 😂

I had something for 550 each for 9 days all inclusive and its gone. I've actually started crying now. This is so stressful :(

Max budget 5k.

Please help

What? Like when people ask people to help them find the perfect pram? Or ask for advice on what they can do to sell a house quicker?

Or when, like 99% of threads on here, people vent about things going on in their lives to get feedback and advice like... unpaid therapists?

Get a grip.

People will only search if they want to, I'm hardly holding anyone hostage 😂

Thanks for the replies. Will have a look at links.

Really appreciate it.

Like I said, I've never booked a holiday abroad at all in my life so it's quite overwhelming trying to find something for 8 people in budget.

Well...Good luck to you then!

I assume you don't have a partner, as clearly if you did they'd be planning this with you to take some of the load off...

Anyway, this is enough of my time wasted already! 😅

Sirzy · 01/03/2023 17:22

Have you looked at easy jet holidays?

gogohmm · 01/03/2023 17:22

TUI (not the cheapest) have a deal to Ibiza

soleilblue · 01/03/2023 17:24

Is France ok?

Danniotley · 01/03/2023 17:25

How about this one. Only 7 nights but under £5k.

Well you are being dramatic. Crying booking a holiday?

Piss off, leave the poster alone.

HalfasleepChrisintheMorning · 01/03/2023 17:26

Best option is £5800- but can get cheaper if prepared to go Turkey or Canaries so 4 hours.

If there's 6 adults going then there's 6 of you who could be scrolling the Internet looking for a holiday

Now that’s uncalled for.

SirGawain · 01/03/2023 17:28

The travel company have just cancelled a holiday that I have wanted to go on since before Covid. Booked 3.5 years ago (cancelled) and again 12 months ago (cancelled). I am very cross and disappointed but I didn't feel it necessary to burst into tears.

Can a friend recommend a local travel agent? We have a Hays one who was recommended to me. Sent her our requirements and she did a cracking job of finding something (or at least I hope she did, we don’t go until the summer!)

My mum holidays 3-4 times a year, swears by Hays, has done for years and years

TiredArse · 01/03/2023 17:31

It’s doable with jet2. If you find something and want to book by tomorrow I have a £100 off code.

it’s also worth trying on a different device to see if you get a different price.

VenusStarr · 01/03/2023 17:32

Sunshine.co.uk - were going to Tenerife soon. You have to add transfer and baggage. I also couldn't add 3 bedrooms, but try them. It says they've got over 140 holidays.

Good luck! 🍷 🌞

What the hell is wrong with the bitchy posters on the thread? Does it make you feel big and clever? Are your dreary little lives that empty that you need to put someone down to give you a feeling of importance? Just don't help if you don't want to, it isn't compulsory! There are loads of threads along these lines by the way, this one isn't unique

onepieceoflollipop · 01/03/2023 17:34

Obviously people can post what they like within the site guidelines but some of these responses are a bit unkind.

I have no idea as to the OPs background other than what she has said on here but we know that at least one of her children has autism and she is also doesn’t have a working income due to disabilities. So perhaps it is not as straightforward as her asking the 5 other adults to do it or telling her to stop crying. It’s likely there is other stuff going on for her as well.

ortonym · 01/03/2023 17:36

Have you seen the weather in Spain atm?

'Adults' classifies as over 15 for holiday purposes, but still my kids under 19 who wouldn't have a clue!
And also my parents who don't even know how to use a computer.

I was about to ask the same thing. Cannes/Nice is nice when sunny but not touristy.

Forecast doesn't seem promising, I hope our dear OP will have some luck

……congratulations?

So your feelings of disappointment and anger are valid, but the OP (who has said she has problems with her mental health) is not allowed to feel upset?

My goodness some weird reply’s on here! What the weather now got to do with July? 🤣
OP sorry if I’ve missed it- why do you have to go AI? 5k in the summer hols for 8 is extremely tight and what there is will be a low quality AI to say the least. Wouldn’t you be better to go half board at least?

I hope one of the suggestions works and you have a pleasant time.

Being practical as it is your first holiday abroad. If you have not all got passports, apply for them now.
