On the basis they’re on with Strike it isn’t really ‘on’ with an agent hence zero filters in the marvellously entertaining blurb and pictures. I’d also imagine the owner has used the same beer goggles to price it as they used to decorate it 🤣

I'm not a fan of dark wood everywhere, but the joiner has done a fantastic job. I can't imagine the owner will recuperate their costs though.
