Love these threads for getting dinner ideas. I'll start. We're having chinese chicken fried rice, using some of the whole chicken we roasted this morning.

What are you having?

Hunters chicken, chips and peas. Apart from we have no bacon so it’s just bbq sauce and cheese.

Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella and tomato and wrapped in Parma ham.
With gnocchi.
I'm literally chucking it all in the ninja for 20 minutes

Home made chilli burgers with red pepper and spicy yoghurt in a soft roll, served with potato wedges and salad

Making a pasta sauce with tinned toms, carrots, mozzarella and basil. Skint so cheap but will taste good!

M&S pasta deal - goats cheese and red onion ravioli with garlic bread, pesto and some baby spinach.

I'm going to roast some cherry tomatoes and a block of feta with a little olive oil and then add it to some fresh linguine

Roast chicken, roast potatoes, yorkies, cabbage, carrotts, brocolli and gravy

Chickpea and aubergine curry

Cottage/shepherds pie but with turkey mince as I have some to use. My DP calls it "gobble pie" 🤣

work provides dinner, tonight they have served lamb, with butternut squash and other veg. Not the best but i am glad i don't have to cook

Slow cooker chicken and mushroom casserole, mash, carrots and sliced green beans followed by homemade apple crumble and custard. We love a bit of comfort food.

Chicken chowmein.
I've recently found that a tablespoon of toasted sesame oil near the end makes it pretty much as tasty as a takeaway chowmein.

Leek pudding, swede, sprouts, potatoes, gravy.

I really want a large greasy Donna kebab covered in garlic mayo with a side of chips but will probably have black bean stir fry instead because I've got peppers and mushrooms in the fridge I need to use

Left over mince and onion and mash from sat. Ill make some peas and carrots fresh to go with it.

Meatballs, spaghetti, garlic bread and dish of peppers, onions and mushrooms.

Chicken and leek pie made from left over roast chicken and probably mash and peas

Cheese leek and potato pies with root mash and honey roasted carrots

Been craving a proper comfort dinner for ages so I'm very excited!

We're having pork belly, jacket potatoes, corn on the cob and coleslaw.

Spinach Dahl, onion bhajis and rice.

Um, I'm not really sure. It came out of the freezer and I couldn't read the writing. I think it is lamb Korma from part of a leftover takeaway. I shall find out later.

Homemade chunky cream of vegetable soup with homemade soda bread and real butter.

Strawberries and ice cream for pudding.

@elephantoverthehill that's what we call a Russian roulette freezer meal in our house!
