What's for dinner tonight?

Love these threads for getting dinner ideas. I'll start. We're having chinese chicken fried rice, using some of the whole chicken we roasted this morning.

What are you having?

Beef stew with sweet potato mash, and steamed cabbage and carrots.

Steak, potatoes, with veg or salad. X

Hoisin chicken with spinach and some pak choi I picked yesterday with egg fried noodles, sprinkled with spring onions and grated carrot. Served with chilli sauce on the side,

Tagliatelle carbonara.

Budget meal here tonight these are increasing in frequency!

Slow cooker jacket spuds with either cheese beans or coleslaw will put all on table and it's a help yourself dinner DC love help yourself ones.

Chicken nuggets on side for DC.

Plus salad

I had a fish and rice, I'm on a diet now :)

Spaghetti and veggie meatballs with fresh tomato sauce.

We are having tinned soup and cheese toasties for lunch and then chicken schnitzel with mashed potato, broccoli and honey carrots for dinner.

I am quite pleased with this plan.

Easy childhood dinner for us tonight. Homemade meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans.

I'm off work at the moment so I'm going to make a batch of sweet potato and red onion bhajis in a bit and cook them in the air fryer then freeze in batches to go with curry nights. I also have two blocks of paneer that expired a few days ago so going to make a palak paneer side and freeze that too.

Going to make cheeseburger pasta, although I don't have pickles so will have to go without

Meatballs, either with a vaguely c hi obese sauce, rice and broccoli; or spaghetti and Tom sauce. Whichever I fancy when I start cooking.

Tex mex veggie lasagne tonight made with refried beans, peppers, spinach and onions.

It's essentially normal lasagne but with the filling spiced up a bit and tortilla wraps instead of lasagne sheets.

KFC tonight because it's cold and dark and miserable and I can't be arsed.

Lidl cheese and onion slice, new potatoes baked beans and some roasted cherry tomatoes.

I just made French toast tonight as I can't be arsed (the bad weather here has caused my fibromyalgia to flare up so I'm tired and sore), DH is working and only one DC (the fussy one who loves French toast) is home tonight.

I love a bit of obese sauce with my broccoli!

Tonight we are having cauliflower cheese with a chicken something. I need to do another online shop (Covid here) so have some chicken thighs and some mince meat to use up. I really want to make a meatloaf but the Dcs want bolognese for tomorrow.

Think tonight it will be good old chips, sausages, eggs and beans. Rotten weather.

Tonight is chicken tikka masala (just a jar sauce) with corn on the cob and brocolli. Rice and Naan on the side (Asda just essential naan it's really nice!)
