I've found boiling in very salty water with rosemary boiling away in there too and then tossing in the colander with aa few onion granules makes THE best roasties

I'm confused. I clicked on this thread because I could really fancy some roast potatoes (must be Maris Pipers), and now I don't know what it's about.

I assumed from the title it was about cooking roast potatoes but after reading posts I am confused.

Garlic salt in the oil is an absolute gamechanger. With rosemary, salt, pepper etc.

Nothing tastes as good as decent roast potatoes. Except perhaps the taste of a flounce?

Potatoes are just potatoes. They should be taken with a large sprinkling of salt. That’s how I like my roast potatoes.
