Did anyone actually say anything about her mum other than that her roast potatoes didn’t look nice?

Not that I saw. It was just about the spuds. What a carry on. Who takes a comment about some roast potatoes so personally? Well, having said that, half of this site would, and would have done the 'just so you know, my mum's disabled' line for some proper guilting out, like that woman over 'calm your tits'.

Whether said tit/ bap is Northern or not, this would seem to lower the tone of a very serious discussion on how to cook the food of the Gods.

I believe Jack to be a decent and honest person who has unfortunately been targeted by a coordinated hate campaign. How these people don’t have better things to do with their lives, I have no idea, but it appears they may also have infiltrated this thread.

As for the links to articles of supposed ‘evidence’ against Jack, it’s really scraping the barrel trying to find some kind of inconsistencies. If you did this with anyone, you would find something to pick on. They’ve clearly had to really try hard to nit pick stuff to say about Jack due to them being a decent person.

I doubt this was a politically motivated
coordinated attack. She doesn’t have that much clout and is in fact a dream
for the Tories with her £20 weekly shops. According to her if people budgeted properly they can survive on a pittance therefore keeping the ‘under trodden’ in their place.. But have you ever tried any of her recipes, they are nutritionally poor and not enough calories for a healthy adult. If you followed her on Twitter you would have seen she is not a particularly honest person - her inconsistencies are quite blatant and designed to garner maximum sympathy which translates to maximum donations to her personal account.

Also, when you say 'the undertrodden', I hope you're not including Jack herself in that group, as she is anything but. She comes from an affluent middle class family, her grandfather owned a lot of property, she went to a grammar school, she lives in a large (rented) house, by her own account she is constantly rubbing shoulders with wealthy and powerful people, at least two of her ex-partners are senior figures in the media, etc etc. As for enabling them to fight back, good luck fuelling the revolution on rinsed spaghetti hoops ...

Is your tin hat feeling a little tight this morning? She's not anywhere near important enough to be targeted by a coordinated hate campaign. And what would be the point? If anything, she's actually giving the Tories a helping hand by telling folk you can eat for £20 a week and her anti poverty campaigning consists solely of shouting at people on Twitter and she hasn't effected any tangible change, despite claiming that she's been campaigning for ten years. She's a joke.

This whole potato crisis is because she sought out a negative comment to kick off at and it backfired on her. Her followers said far far worse to the chap that said her mum's potatoes were dire than he did. Ridiculous, horrible bullying, and she has hundreds of thousands of followers and he had like a hundred or two.

She jumped on him and threw out that her mum's disabled like some kind of trump card, which is pretty disgusting.

You can't treat twitter like a personal WhatsApp or whatever, like she does. These people are not your bezzy mates or cheerleaders, sometimes they will think your potatoes look rubbish.

Jack spends a lot of time talking about the abuse and death threats but no one ever seems to see it apart from her.
I would say anyone who is critical of her gets far worse. Her fans have contacted peoples places of work to cause trouble because they asked where their patreon benefits were.

I really doubt there is a coordinated "attack" on some pretend cook going on. If anything, she helps the Tories, as she makes out everyone can live off £20 a week. The Tories can't understand why people are whinging based on that!

I think what has happened is more and more people are speaking out, as one comes forward, so does another and it's snowballing.

Bear in mind, she has asked for donations to sue people, she has collected money via
Teemill for merchandise which was to be donated but has declined to say where all the other donations went. She has over 750 (was 800 I believe) people paying a monthly subscription from £3.50 to £44. That is monthly funds straight into her pocket from Patreon. In return she was to offer content depending on your subscription, however, she has not updated in 2 years, but has still collected that money each and every month. For nothing.

She never shares that info on Twitter and when some have asked for a refund, she blocks them. She recently wrote a blog piece talking of having to boil soap to make shower gel,
not been able to wash her hair for 2 years etc. That does not tie on with over 750 people paying her monthly.

I don't think it's a mass mobbing, I just think more and more are realising that others also have had the same questions around donations and transparency.

Flounced off Twitter leaving people to worry about her. Posted a picture of a home made sausage muffin breakfast on Instagram just fine the next morning!

At the end of her rant before the flounce she casually mentioned 2 of her friends recently died.. you'd think if that were the case she'd be busier than posting nonsense on social medias.. I fear it's just another manipulation attempt, using various reasons and identities to deflect flack.
