⚡️Security Service says Russia's intelligence recruited Ukrainian MP Derkach.

The Security Service said on June 24 it exposed a Russian agent network in Ukraine, which included Ukrainian lawmaker Andrii Derkach. According to the law enforcement, Derkach received funds from the GRU to create private security structures that Russia planned to use to capture Ukraine. Russia allocated $3-4 million every few months for the purpose.

Ukraine imposed sanctions against Derkach in 2021. The U.S. government has called Derkach "a Russian agent" and imposed sanctions against him in 2020, accusing him of trying to interfere in U.S. elections.

Thank you for the new ‘Fred’. Lavrov has to paint this picture no matter how bizarre. The Kremlin has to justify this diabolical invasion to the Russian people. The Russian people are sacrificing so much, their loved ones and their economy, so there has to be a big lie told about this imminent threat from Europe and the US.

Ukraine seems to be taking this very seriously. Presumably Lukashenko knows so he is either going along with it or he will somehow manage to get out of it, but if free info is not available then the Belorussian people might believe it. The main hope, I think, is that the Russians will not now go ahead with this plan.

@Igotjelly Am I reading the articles properly or does it not say "the first to be hit will be London" referring to power supplies/ space satellites as opposed to actually bombing London? I'm not sure, the whole thing is beginning to turn my hair grey!

For 3 days, the Ukrainian people and volunteers from all over the world collected 600,000,000 UAH (approx. $18 million) in donations for the purchase of Bayraktars for the army.

Moreover, the task was overfulfilled, and instead of three, four drones will be purchased!

Hurray. So touching. I wish I could do more.
