Genuine lol.

Cornettoninja · 01/07/2022 13:06

It’s worth a listen back to the last 20 odd minutes of the James O Brian show today. Theo Usherwood was at a press conference regarding Chris Pinchers resignation and the Tory press officer tied himself in knots over whether or not Boris was aware of CP’s previous resignation and accusations before appointing him as chief whip.

How I could be aware of that but not Boris is utterly unbelievable and it showed.

The way the Tories are going, if they did that I'd assume it was some weird sex thing.

might be the norm in their world with Nanny Spank

Boris Johnson considers the matter of Pincher closed

That's because he considers all his own infractions closed. Angry

"Nothing to see here, move along".

Boris Johnson considers the matter of Pincher closed

He considers every matter except "we got Brexit done" and "vaccinations" closed.

He'll have fun trying g to spout them out for the next few GE!

Boris Johnson considers the matter of Pincher closed

The king has spoken. Long live the king.

Those subject to sexual assault in his government can just close their eyes and think of the king.

Maybe Pincher shouldn't have resigned. He should have just gone on holiday. I wonder whether the witnesses who complained have been told they should have kept quiet and that they are as welcome as a turd in a swimming pool.

Maybe that only applies if the witnesses are women.

(Parish shouldn’t have resigned,” one MP said. “He should have just gone away with his wife for a few weeks and then come back to the job. I don’t know why the girls had to speak out like that.” Another said the witnesses were “like a turd in the swimming pool” after the defeat

An MP referring to adult female MPs in their own party as 'the girls' says a lot about how bad some of the men in the Tory party.

Karen Bradley is 52, Caroline Nokes is 50 years old.

Notonthestairs · 01/07/2022 15:01

Parish isn't happy!

"You’re not going to believe this but Neil Parish is well annoyed about Chris Pincher keeping the Tory whip.

“C’mon let’s be fair,” he tells @heart_andy"

Russ Jones

Because I was busy last week, this episode of #TheWeekInTory covers more than 7 days, but not – you’ll be amazed to hear – the 700 years it would take most govts to get through this lot.

Remember, it’s OK to want to scream or take drugs during this epic.

Brace, brace…

It's amazing how much crap you can forget over the course of a week.

No wonder drugs are such an issue for certain MPs - how else would they find the energy to cock things up week after week.

ancientgran · 01/07/2022 16:51

I'm a bit worried. I can't stop laughing, I know it is all terrible, horrific behaviour in fact but it has got so ridiculous I can't stop myself. I think I need to go and lie down.

AmaryIlis · 01/07/2022 17:00

If the Canadian hairdresser story is correct, we need to add to the charge sheet the fact that Boris still hasn't found out how contraception works.

Pincher been suspended

tobee · 01/07/2022 17:08

By election anyone?

Piggywaspushed · 01/07/2022 17:13

Why, oh why, does it need an outcry for anyone to be suspended?

Teachers are marched off premises for less.

Notonthestairs · 01/07/2022 17:34

Where do they find these MPs?
They seem to be partying through their own decline. Utterly oblivious to how they look beyond Westminster.

WaitroseWoman · 01/07/2022 18:47

I see the MN thread about the latest allegations about BloJo - BloDry - has been deleted. Anyone see the message?

WaitroseWoman · 01/07/2022 19:00

Obviously this is without BloJo/BloDry:

So he should be.

The problem is they aren't doing anything about others who do the same or similar.

Patel got away with bullying.

Johnson got away with ...... well everything
