Just read in The Times about CCHQ war gaming a snap GE should Starmer be fined and resign when they are "tearing themselves to pieces" having their leadership election.

I’d take a lucky dip over BJ, although I would hope my area has labour lend its votes to the Lib Dems (I’d say green but I don’t think they even run a candidate in my area)

It’s understood Downing St’s position is that Mr Pincher will retain the whip. Question will be whether that holds.

From wiki : On 4 November 2017, Christopher Pincher, the Comptroller of the Household, was accused of sexual assault by former Labour MP Tom Blenkinsop, and former Olympic rower Alex Story made allegations that Pincher had made unwanted sexual advances towards him. Later that day Pincher resigned from his position as Comptroller.

I'm beginning to understand why they thought that Owen Paterson hadn't done anything that bad, cos compared to the rest of them he is an angel.

1/ Source tells me: “Pincher was drunk & groped people in front of other people at Carlton club. He apologies & is mortified”
2/ Told of the two men involved - one is an MP & 2nd might be too. Source not sure^
