I'm in the south West and storm Eunice is finallly.here. Seems really bad outside. Cannot wait for it to pass..
What is it like where you are currently.

In Southampton. Mildly breezy, nothing more. Forecasts seem to have changed to less bad here

I can’t hear any wind or rain.

I have no idea what it is like outside as I haven’t got out of bed.

I don’t know if it’s been and gone, yet to head here, or if we will escape.

Very windy and rainy here. I expect to see a few fences down in the morning. Have heard recycle boxes being blown down the road.

Can hear wind starting in Kent. I've had a panic attack around an hour ago, I have severe anxiety but the weather has always been a worry of mine since I was a little girl. Probably doesn't help that the house I'm living in is the house that the end wall got blown off of in the great storm of 1987 or whenever it was. The one they're comparing this to!! Confused

South West Bristol. I have been woken up by the wind though there is a lull now. V weird. OP maybe we can use this thread as a live stream? I must admit I’m a bit scared about today! Pissed off that dh snores through everything.

S coast here and woken up to the news of the red alert for our area. I'm usually quite pragmatic about these things but I'm really nervous... we live in a wooded area and recently moved so I'm not as prepared as I'd like. It's a 5 yr old new build though so fingers crossed if the worst happens the house will be ok!

I'm in Sutton Coldfield. Can just hear wind now but most of night has been very still. It's picked up in the last 15/20 mins

I'm in the north west, woken a few times and it's been incredibly still however the wind and rain started to pick up noticeably about 30 mins ago.
