I was expecting this. Last night in the news Nicolas Witchell was calling him Andrew, not Prince Andrew, which I found very telling.

It says on the news he can no longer use HRH ,I don't think they can take the Prince title away ,as I read it's his birth right ,but what this actually means ,I don't know ,they essentially retired him months ago .
