Do you shower every single day?

Wondering whats actually normal. I shower every 2-3 days in the evenings.

Yep every single morning. Sometimes evening as well if I’ve had a busy day or it’s hot. Disabilities and mental health issues aside (of which I have both so do understand it’s not always possible to wash every single day - I have severe lupus and pituitary tumour etc, on enhanced rates of pip) I really cannot understand people not washing every day. For me it’s an essential part of getting myself ready.

Every 2-3 days is grim but I guess okay if you thoroughly flannel wash at the sink.
I have a bath every day.

Yes each morning. I sweat a lot at night and washing at the sink takes longer than a fast shower and is not as refreshing. We had it for 3 weeks during refurbishment when the bathroom was out of action and I hated myself feeling sticky.

DD is a smelly teen and needs one, sometimes twice if she has PE in school (nothing better than hormonal teens and polyester PE kit). DH often uses the exercise bike in the morning and needs one after that.

Typically 6 days out of 7, I'll sometimes skip a day if I've been in the house all day or if I've showered later in the day the day before.

My husband showers every 2-3 days. He has very dry skin and doesn't sweat much at all; he smells fine and I'd tell him if he didn't. If he showers daily (which he does if its very hot or when we're on holiday) his skin starts to split and bleed.

Nope. Never have and I have always showered in an evening. Never in a morning

I shower once every 2 days, as that's how often my hair needs washing to look OK. I can go 3 days at a push. I wash my face daily, and always wash with water after using the toilet. I don't generally sweat much but sometimes in a heat wave I'd shower daily. Normally wear clothes for 2 days running unless they smell.

There is nothing grim about it. Get a bloody grip ffs.

Body and hair wash everyday. Everyday for dh 14ds and 11dd too..

I shower every other day unless it’s hot or I’m particularly sweaty, but always wash my hair daily as it’s really greasy otherwise.

Definitely in the height of summer. I try to the rest of the year but running around with parent hat and work hats on means sometimes it gets skipped. Not proud of it. I never seem to be quite on top of things...

no , im same as you op , i dont see the need for every day unless you live in a tropical country or have a manual labour type job , all it does is dry the skin out and waste water

Usually yes. I miss the occasional day. I have really fine hair that gets lank and greasy if I don't wash it daily. Easiest way to wash it is by showering.

Yes otherwise I feel gross. Especially right now with a vomiting baby and a potty training toddler! I'd ideally shower first thing but it often ends up being when DS has his afternoon nap.

Yes, everyday. I feel yucky after being at work all day, and wouldn't get into bed without showering. In the morning I usually have a quick dunk under the shower for a couple of minutes for a quick wash too.

I don't as I can't shower without washing my hair which takes about 30 minutes to blow dry.

I might skip the odd day here and there but generally it's daily.

And for @user1497787065. I feel your pain. My hair takes forever to dry so I wear a shower cap.

No. Every couple of days normally. I go to the gym every other day and shower after that. Morexthan that and my skin gets too dry and itchy.

Hairwash every 4-5 days (I have thick curly hair and it's a massive process to wash and dry it!)
