Do you shower every single day?

Wondering whats actually normal. I shower every 2-3 days in the evenings.

I have the sort of hair that goes horribly greasy after about 18-24 hours, and my scalp feels horrible. Since being teased about it at school I wash my hair every morning and it makes sense to wash the rest of me while I'm at it. Whilst being prone to greasiness my hair also very fine, so air dries in about 20 mins, or a couple of mins with hairdryer.

If my hair would last 2-3 days between washes I'd probably not bother showering on the mornings I'm not in the office.

Yes it makes me feel like facing the day, I'd feel strange without doing it plus I enjoy the sensation

I wash my bits every day but have a full shower every other day

Every day after I've been to the gym or for a run or whatever. Occasionally leave it until the evening if we've been working in the garden (weekend).

Shower everyday, but more because I couldn't go out without washing my hair. Think Worzel Gummage - 5 mins max.

I shower twice a day as I tend to sweat a lot and I do a lot of walking. I wash my hair every other day.

Mostly shower in the evenings after two youngest DC are asleep. It's my time to relax! Can't get peace in the mornings just now.

Unfortunately I can't go more than a day without a shower. Would be minging.

Yes. Every day. I can’t remember a day in my adult life when I didn’t have a shower.

Actually, that’s not quite right. I don’t think I had one the day DC1 was born after an EMCS. Born at 2pm ish having laboured through the night. Definitely had one the next day though and didn’t miss a day when DC2 was born via ELCS.

Every other day of few days for me, how do people cope with their hair! If I go in the shower with mine and don't wash it, it gets so frizzy and sweaty from the steam, but if I don't wear a shower cap then I have to blow dry it afterwards or I look like Hagrid, and the extra heat is unnecessary damage, just to have to wash it and dry again the next day.

I have got some weird skin condition that means my arms and legs itch like mad for up to 2 hours after showering. I've been to the doctors and they can't find a reason. My skin isn't dry and no visual signs. I've tried all sorts. It's worse if I shower in the mornings so I only shower in the evenings. I wear clean clothes every day. I'm single, live alone, don't work at the moment. I'm 100% sure i don't smell as I don't do any exercise, don't sweat unless its super hot in which case I'll shower more. I've asked my mum and she says I don't smell. She would tell me if I did.

It depends but usually every other day. More often if I've got sweaty.

Yes, I wash my hair every 2 days have a quick shower every day. My hair and skin are in great condition so I don't feel I need to change that.

Twice a day at a minimum. If I've been out and about I always shower and change my clothes when I get home, I feel grotty otherwise.

Almost always have a shower each evening. I might miss a day over a weekend if I'm not seeing DP.

It only takes a couple of minutes unless I'm shaving and washing my hair.

Twice a day, once in the morning to wake me up and then again before bed.

I do. Quick shower in the morning to wake myself up before work (and post exercise) and then usually a long soak in the bath in the evening to relax. At the weekends I just do the shower or the bath depending on which day is running day.
I have skipped days before when I’ve been poorly and then skipped a significantly long time when I slipped discs in my back dh had to literally top and tail wash me for ages.
