Absolutely hate it.
Yesterday the weather forecast predicted a cooler day today
No rain here or anything. Muggy as hell.
Supposedly tomorrow is a bit cooler. Is this even reliable? Why cant they get the weather right. Aarrhdjdjd ndkskwowjshdbdbdnm

We have just had our second brief shower. It feels less muggy which is good.

Way less muggy! It’s still high 20s but compared to the last week or so it feels positively cool. Really hoping for a decent night’s sleep tonight. The cat looks a lot happier too, he’s been languishing around the garden like a Victorian invalid, poor thing.

It’s cooler but rain moved to tomorrow now!

Slept better than I had in a week (fan was still on). That heat was truly awful. Hopefully that's the last of it for a while.

3am last night we finally had a massive thunderstorm near the Suffolk coast. Now so much cooler ahhh. More to follow today apparently.

That's ok you're more than welcome to post here! I put London in the title for context in case someone somewhere replies with 'what heat?' as pps said the humidity in the heat here is what makes it so horrid.

I did! It was blissful. I managed to cool down before bed by sitting in front of the window breeze with no trousers on and today I don't feel clammy for the first time in about a week. It's lovely.

I have just bought a chillmax machine. Fans are no good in my room they just whip the hot air around the room!

It has been hotter inside than outside. I have been sat in a towel soaking up the sweat and have had to wash two big towels as they smelt quite rank. Yes I do shower though you would never think so as I sweat copious amounts straight afterwards.

Finally slept reasonably well last night, today was brilliant much cooler & some rain late afternoon bliss.

Just to say, I'm still waiting on the torrential rain and thunder storms in SE London!
