Does anybody else feel like crap due to the heat?

I'm a very pale person and don't bode well when it's this hot. I'm in London where we've had absolutely roasting, humid weather.

My flat becomes sauna-like and no amount of having the fan on or opening window's makes a difference.

For days I've felt completely drained, weak and nauseous.

I'm not moaning, I'm glad people take joy from the sun, I'm just wondering if anybody else finds they've been feeling very bleugh too?

I’ve not worn a bra for about six weeks now and don’t think I will again the heat has been horrific for me, at last, last night I could finally sleep without being clammy. Today in front of fan again.

I've pretty much ditched bras now and only keep them for 'best' if I need to wear something posh (hardly ever). A bralette or a sports bra is much comfier. I bought one for a long haul flight last year and was amazed at the comfort.

It's heating up again this evening. It's gone very still and we had a bit of rain earlier which made it muggy again.

Ive got earache. May have been caused from me pouring cold water over myself. A couple of times i did this before getting into an air conditioned taxi.
