The DH wants to watch a 2010 film called rubber, it's about a tyre that goes on a murder rampage.
Wtaf....... Shall I divorce him or torture him by getting him to watch something even more bizarre?

There’s too many to mention.

BearSoFair · 19/07/2020 10:19

Stardust. Saw it at the cinema and fell asleep half an hour or so in. Friend got it on dvd, asked me round...I fell asleep! So I haven't actually 'seen' it if we're being honest Grin

bluebird243 · 19/07/2020 10:38

Star Wars
Lord of the Rings

Both awful/ridiculous...I don't do fantasy.

thebees · 19/07/2020 10:42

A film at the London film festival which I forget the title of. Pity I was in a middle seat so could not leave mid-way. I now always book end seats in the cinema as a result.

An obscure movie called sinkhole

A bunch of school/college kids get caught in a sinkhole and the race is on to save them but none of the kids are likeable and all whiny and this is before anything happens and the visual effects are terrible

KatherineJaneway · 19/07/2020 15:07

Lost in Translation

That was an amazing film

mrsswayze · 19/07/2020 15:22

I watched a terrible film years ago I think it was called teeth, it was a horror film about a women that had teeth inside her vagina and it would murder men, awful

AuntMasha · 19/07/2020 15:23

‘Black Swan’ - ‘Showgirls’ without the comedy.

‘Maybe Baby’ - this actually made me feel physically unwell.

‘Wretched’ - a film that contains its own review in it’s title.

Anything directed by Michael Bay.

@Mycatismadeofstringcheese

Poltergay:

Marc and Emma move into a new house, but they have no idea that their basement used to be a nightclub. To make matters worse, the club was destroyed by fire, and now the house is haunted by the ghosts of five gay clubbers. In French.

I'm going to have to seek this one out...
teaandcustardcreamsx · 20/07/2020 00:16

Twilight
Fantastic beasts series also wasn’t as good as I expected

MrJollyLivesNextDoor · 20/07/2020 00:21

Glad to see AI get a previous mention

What a waste of what felt like weeks of my life in the cinema

Iloveyoutothefridgeandback · 20/07/2020 00:30

Soul plane
Saw (each one was more crappy than the last)
Sex and the City
Bridget Jones' Baby
The new Star Wars
Love Actually
Just Go with it
It's a guy thing

Iloveyoutothefridgeandback · 20/07/2020 00:33

Oh, and every film that Ellen Page has been in, with the exception of Super. Super was a fantastic film.

MissJacksonIfYoureNasty · 20/07/2020 00:39

Can you keep a secret? was a romcom with no com. Based on a Sophie Kinsella novel (that was a clue right there) it was just so dull in a What Is The Point Of You?! way.
It made The Wrong Missy look good (I spent 90 minutes of that just going Hair! at David Spade).

Linnet · 20/07/2020 00:50

Eat pray love, two hours of my life I’m not getting back!
Twelve monkeys
The devils advocate
The astronauts wife

OrlandoInTheWilderness · 20/07/2020 00:54

You are all wrong.

I bought a vampire motorcycle. A very terrible film made in 1990 with Neil morrissey.

Mistymonday · 20/07/2020 00:59

Dirty Dancing.Confused

pastapestoparmesan · 20/07/2020 06:38

I really hated The Piano. It seemed to go on for hours and absolutely nothing happened.
Love Actually, Notting Hill, Run Fatboy Run. All dire.

WhentheDealGoesDown · 20/07/2020 06:38

Some shit that I don’t know the name of but Sandra Bullock is floating around in space for nearly the whole film

Patsnpons · 20/07/2020 07:13

Boxtrolls, awful!

Ingridla · 20/07/2020 10:16

Gravity. Utter crap

It was literally just Sandra Bullock panting in a spacesuit for the duration I watched it

flapjackfairy · 20/07/2020 10:48

The house of Sand and Fog
Mamma Mia
Breakfast at tiffany. Tried to watch it several times but couldn't get into it at all.

flapjackfairy · 20/07/2020 10:49
