*I’ve been doing popsugar fitness videos on YouTube.
If I stopped eating so much, I’d definitely be a size 8. Oh, yeah. Me too.*
I did a, 'Le Sweat' workout on PopSugar yesterday. I just can't relate to it. The instructor and her two buddies keep shouting back and forth to each other. (You got this babe, etc.) They're all far too young, skinny and sculptured !
The PP who remarked that YouTube workouts have been a godsend is absolutely correct.
I'm sifting through several work outs and trying them to see which suits me best.
I start with Rosemary Conley seated workout from an old DVD to get my blood circulating. I've got a dodgy knee so I'm mindful of that.
I then go to Jackie Tally seated workouts. There's 5 of them collected as a series YT so I've saved them and do them one after another. I catch myself liking the soft jazz music on her backing track.
Jenny McLendon presents some good home based exercise sessions. She's very relatable.
HasFit.com workouts seem to work for me.
I spend most of the morning doing low impact aerobics and stretching. The low impact aerobics raises my heart rate enough to the fat burning level - I believe.
For a laugh I, 'reward' myself with a dance. I've got, 'Dance like Nina' which is a Nike + Les Mills Body Jam session. I'm also going to try a, 'Pump it Up' dance session.
I go for a walk with my husband so we can both get some air at lunchtime.
Be Military Fit have a daily thirty minute YT work out which my husband and I do on Saturday.
