Getting fit indoors - accountability thread

We have been in lockdown for 6 weeks I think and outdoor activity is very limited. I am getting fatter and creakier! Wondered if anybody else would like an accountability thread to post what exercise you are doing every day? I started off well but lethargy has set in and I am feeling less and less like moving but also not sleeping well so I need someone to get me to buck my ideas up!

That’s great Mango. I never really warmed to Joe Wicks but I think I just find it too quick.

40 mins cardio which nearly killed me this morning. I seriously had a flushed face for over an hour afterwards.

How’s everyone doing? I fell off the thread as I wasn’t able to exercise for a while. But I’m doing better now - my workout seems a bit too easy so I’m going to try and increase it safely. I need to buy a yoga mat when my gym opens (I normally use the communal ones but the email says they want everyone to bring their own now) so I might get heavier weights too (they are really light anyway) and maybe try a sort of pyramid thing with them.
