Getting fit indoors - accountability thread

We have been in lockdown for 6 weeks I think and outdoor activity is very limited. I am getting fatter and creakier! Wondered if anybody else would like an accountability thread to post what exercise you are doing every day? I started off well but lethargy has set in and I am feeling less and less like moving but also not sleeping well so I need someone to get me to buck my ideas up!

Cat is much better and results are back all looking very good for her age, so I got some decent sleep last night and today WILL be a better day

You are all doing so well, I am having more days off than on at the moment, its sooooo hot!!!

Did half hour rave fit yesterday and my PT is working again so my first session back tomorrow!! One on one outdoors but better than nothing.

34 minutes bagged. Can confirm it has not helped period cramps (thought endorphins were supposed to help? or maybe that kicks in later) but heyho still glad I did it

Well done @lubeybooby for doing it even if you weren't feeling it.
Went for a 45ish minute run yesterday and managed to trip and fall quite dramatically in front of a lidl. Luckily only scraped my palm and a good graze on my leg.

Later in the evening went for a walk (about 3km) and did a little bit of parkour when we discovered a good set of stairs on a path.

25 minutes today - my playlists are not syncing so I had an audiobook on instead and always find it harder/dragging without music. Still pretty happy with that though. Hope I can get the playlist issue sorted for tomorrow.

Put on some size 14 trousers that were slightly too small for me 6 weeks ago. Now it seems I've missed the sweet spot with them as they are too big! Pleased about the good sign, but also gutted as I saw Jodie Comer wearing the same ones in Killing Eve and I was super happy to wear them and planned to swan about like a stylish Russian assassin

Not that anyone would have even seen me of course. Flamin 2020

Just managed 21 mins of a 28 min work out Grit Strength. My legs just didn't want to do anymore. Promised DS we could go and find more pokemon today so that qill be a bit of a walk.

I’m going to have to pretty much force myself to exercise soon - I feel really “heavy” and lethargic.

My workouts are now printed and taped to the bedroom wall. I really have no excuse (other than the fact I just ate lunch so can’t do it right this minute)

Cycled to and from work today, the further away office, so it was 14km each way.
Annoyingly cycling doesn't register any steps on the pedometer, so I only seem to have a few thousand steps, I should go for a walk really.

Ended up managing 20min on exercise bike Monday. Yesterday I walked round the park (25ish min) and tried “workout A” from my wall. Legs ached a lot! Today I’ve been to the park, just walked round the lake rather than the whole park.

another huge mood crash today, gonna get a phone appt with my doctor tomorrow about my cycle because this is driving me mad now. I just want to not ovulate anymore especially not on a crazy short cycle schedule. Apparently the desogestrel - pop mini pill can stop it.

18 minutes today - I quit with ten mins left on my timer because my music is all wrong, playlists still buggered so using amazon music instead and it kept juddering and being weird. Grrr

also still have the hormonal rage but I've got cerazette from the doc now so really hoping that will (eventually) regulate things a bit for me

Going to have to a total reset of my phone I think as nothing else is sorting it

I finally have my playlists working again. That's cheered me up a bit. Got a 28 minute one lined up for later.

I tried on THE DRESS again... and the area at the top of my waist that had about 2/3 inches to go at the start of lockdown? It now closes and does up!

I did this yesterday but my bad mood overtook the good news!

I would like another half or quarter of an inch off just to be sure it looks perfect, (it's realllly really fitted in that area ) and that is achievable before the middle of June so I think I can happily declare I've done it, the dress fits!

I'm a bit in shock because I am not a person who sets goals and actually hits them.

Weigh day in 2 days so can see what's going on there soon too.

I have been inspired to try similar. Last week I sorted out my wardrobe and most of my nice work trousers don't fit currently. I hope to fit back in to them soon.
I cycled to work four days out of five this week: 106km
