Be honest - how many toilet rolls in your house?

I realised today we have 18 toilet rolls in the cupboard. To be fair, I always have lots in for some reason. But a friend told me on the phone today, she now has......65. How about you?

In my defence, they were bought by accident last year, no deliberate stockpiling occurred.

Maybe 50? But I always buy bulk and none were bought since the panic buying started. I’ve given some away to loved ones who couldn’t get any.

GlamGiraffe · 02/04/2020 22:34

A new 9 pack and 5 rolls left in the previous pack.

DHs desk chair broke so he went to the office to bring another one and brought home another 3 x 9 packs today. (It is his company so not stealing them!)
I did tell him it was ridiculous.

Only 6, but i have plenty of newspaper Grin

TheMagiciansMewTwo · 02/04/2020 22:35

About 20 - which is about usual for us ie 9 pack in each bathroom and 2 spare.

About 120. I upped my monthly Amazon “subscribe and save” order slightly 18 months ago as Brexit prep. It’s added up more than I intended or realised, but we counted up last week and I’m glad of it now.

10, that is a fairly normal amount in this house though! Not stockpiling, honest!

GuyFawkesDay · 02/04/2020 22:38

Who gives a crap delivery tomorrow though. All good for another few months. Love them.

Youngatheart00 · 02/04/2020 22:38
  1. Sainsburys shelves were full today (and no, I didn’t stock pile, just one 9 pack to keep me feeling like we have a ‘safe’ level!)
Helpwithaversion · 02/04/2020 22:38

I did actually order more and keep getting more each online shop I do to stock up as not only are we a large family we have 2 in the house with IBS so I need to make sure we have lots

FaFoutis · 02/04/2020 22:38

Funny how we all know. Normally I wouldn't have a clue.

YellowSlipper · 02/04/2020 22:39

@arriettyjones that's one way to keep busy in lockdown...count your stockpiled toilet rolls...

You'll be laughing when the rest of us have long since switched to newspaper I'm sure.

CallmeIT · 02/04/2020 22:39

10/11. I buy in packs of 16.
