Labour are on the fence until the win an election and then have another referendum.Libdems want remain and(U think) Conservatives want out.
So they will agree nothing..

So what will happen now, will they recall parliament in the middle of the political conference season? I suspect that's unlikely.

Parliament will be called back. What Boris will do now is anyone's guess. He'd be off his head to try to prorogue again, they will immediately take him out his job,

I bet he doesn't resign. Parliament will reconvene, and the will be lots of demands but the guy has a skin like a rhino. A vote of no confidence however and a general election surely have to be tabled now?

Labour conference finishes tomorrow. Conservative conference is Sunday to Wednesday.

Labour are looking to be back in Westminster by lunchtime tomorrow, as are the other opposition parties. Boris is in New York...

There's still a problem with calling a GE because it takes us past October 31st. We'd need to look to the EU to see if they will unilaterally extend the current deadline.

God knows what Boris will do, I doubt it will be to resign. He can argue he thought it was legal and just take it on the chin.

Ultimately they will call a vote of no confidence and take Boris out I think. Then a caretaker government will take over with ken Clarke at the helm. He will get the extension, table a general election and likely a referendum before hand.
