Being nosey...How many people have you slept with?

I've recently had my first ever one night stand after after breaking my virginity at 14 (young I know) and alot of short lived relationships with sex after a few weeks.
Just wrote my list and was surprised that I've slept with 16 men! That seems alot for someone who hadn't had a one night stand until a few months ago!

1 and I'm 34.. same partner for 12 years. Had plenty of opportunity before I met him and regret not taking those opportunities but I was scared of sex. Wish I had lived my life a bit more as I always felt like a very sexual person!

Married at 22 so same partner for 18 years.

Had a one night stand with bloke off my uni course, we both felt weird about it so we had a second one night wonder about three weeks later. Then we decided we really should just be mates.

12 I think. No one night stands but it's still higher than I'd have liked.
I'm 35 but was with the same person for 14yrs which is why I feel it's still too high.
There's quite a few I wish I hadn't bothered with too.

11? Only 2 before stbxh- one ltr, a ONS, then him, then 8 in a 6 month period when we split 😂 including current dp. I'm 27, got married at 23 and was with stbxh from 21-26. I think it's been a good number! Enough so I've not felt like I've missed out, I needed the sleeping around after stbexh, and now I'm happily settled with an awesome sex life ❤

  1. I slept with the first person who I was attracted to, who I trusted and who expressed an interest. I assumed at the time that it would be a one night stand, but it's been 24 years so far.

I’ve just made a list, 34 and I’m 43, I’ve shocked myself Grin
Had a wild couple of years in my 20’s and thoroughly enjoyed them.
Never had sex with a woman.
Slept with 2 men when I was 24 for 5 grand. Never told anybody until today, I was doing promotional work for a chain of vodka bars, it was 2 of the directors. Should have asked for 10.
Am now settled with DP and am very happy with vanilla sex, intimacy is the biggest turn on.

Got to be over 50 from ages 14-27 but only DH since we got together 17 years ago. I regret some of the sexual encounters I had but I guess it's all part of the learning and growing up process.

Slept with or had sex with? The two are different. I’ve slept with loads including my own children and female friends. I’ve had sex with far fewer and abhor the notion of one night stands.

15ish, I'm 30 now.

It doesn't sound too unreasonable until I explain that the 14 where mostly ONS between me popping my cherry at 16 and meeting my DH just before I turned 17.

I did have anxiety and regret for years about turning into an nymph during that time but I've accepted that part of me, and now wish I had of taken a few of the experiences a bit further than I did at the time Blush

I think it's a shame so many women feel shame or the need to justify the numbers.

As I recently said to my pal, who you let into your vagina is your business and you don't have to justify it to anyone!

In my early 40s - had full sex with 3 (two in LTR, one in friends-with-benefits scenario over a year or so), had sexual type doings with another two. Not mad keen on sex, so fine with this. I don't think it's necessarily that suprisingly if a reasonable minority have a similar count.
