Breakfast : 2 rashers bacon, 2 fried eggs, fried toms in bacon fat, slice of peanut butter on toast.

Lunch : Portuguese chicken fillet, red pepper spinach, chickpea salad, roasted red peppers. Blueberries.

3 coffees, a diet Pepsi and lots of water.

Dinner will be burgers.

B - porridge with raspberries, strawberries & peanut butter powder
L - salmon salad, nectarine
S - chipsticks
D - will be soup and crackers, also have a yoghurt (I'm at work)

Bacon roll for breakfast, small salmon salad and a sushi snack pack for lunch and it's roast chicken with new potatoes and veg for dinner. Just had some wine delivered but determined not to be tempted after a pretty shitty day!

Breakfast: two cups of tea without milk

Mid morning: a croissant and three cups of coffee (given to me by a friend who thought I needed feeding)

Lunch: 2 little oatcakes with cheese. An apple.

Just now: another cup of tea without milk, and about 10 Dolly Mixtures which I just came across in my laptop bag.

Not sure about this evening. I'm not sure I can be bothered, as the DC are out.

Breakfast- small skinny latte
Lunch - half tin tuna, mixed with chopped peppers, cucumber, cherry toms, gherkins and a blob of mustard mayo
Snacks - a nectarines and some mustard pork scratchings.
Add another cup of coffee and some pints of water into the mix as well.

Ok, hot day here today.
breakfast: 2 mugs of coffee with real sugar, 1 croissant with salami milanese
midday: 2 slices of toast, 1 slice of young gouda, water
evening: a bowl of kısır with lots of vegetables (hand chopped by me in a 32°C hot kitchen none of the DC praised me), mug of tea (Russian)

Breakfast - two cream crackers and a few spoons of muesli
Snack - grapes
Lunch - salt and vinegar crisps
Snack - more grapes, crackers and some boiled sweets, half a chicken and cucumber sandwich

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and constantly nauseous so it’s a matter of what I can face/what stays down Confused

Everyone's breakfasts sound so good!

I had:
B: 2 slices of cheese and jalapeno bread toasted with butter
L: smoked salmon and cream cheese on a toasted muffin, nctarine
Snack: babybel, brunch bar, orange juice
D: going to be curried chicken with new pots and veg

Plus around 1000 coffees

Breakfast - avocado on grainy toast. Two black coffees made in the plunger.
Snack - tea with almond milk, small bag lentil crisps.
Lunch - small rice onigiri thing with tuna mayo and seaweed.
Snack - slice of Black Forest cake and decaf flat white.
Further snack - handful of Popchips.

Not brilliant, but not really a typical day (the cake and coffee was a fairly rare treat).

Dinner will be lots of baked veg, some pulses/beans of some kind and brown rice. I'll need it Grin

Porridge - 1/4 cup oats, frozen berries, water, mashed banana (1/4 of a banana if that), tbsp almond butter

Ruby kitkat 😲 without guilt, very rare for me!

Sweet potato toast (2 slices sweet potato) topped with red pesto, baby spinach, 1 mushroom (dry fried), 1 egg

1 banana muffin (‘healthy’ sugar free, whole meal type blog recipe) but did feel guilty about that one following the kitkat!

Probably won’t have dinner as feel a bit iffy. Maybe an apple. Will do a workout if I feel ok.

These threads always depress me and I weigh like 16 stone and everyone seems to eat way more than me 😭😭😭😭

Two cups of tea with milk and sugar

Two cups of tea with milk no sugar
Most of a 380g melon selection

Tuna & cucumber on wholemeal bread sandwich from supermarket
Two choc hob nobs and a cup of tea

Dinner will be chicken curry with microwave rice I suspect.

I’m trying to loose a stone and a half and failing miserably at anything except maintaining

I had a bacon, brie and garlic mushroom toasted sandwich in a cheese tiger bread bloomer with red onion chutney. I'd been dreaming about it for days!

I haven't decide on tea. I don't know whose coming home so I'll wait another hour and then see!

Breakfast: A slice of seeded bread toasted with butter and two cups of tea with milk
Lunch: Feta, olive and roasted pepper salad and chips, two cups of coffee
Mid afternoon: cup of tea
Now: A glass of red wine

for tea I will have some salad, fresh bread and a slice of delicious butternut squash cake.

Breakfast: toast, juice & coffee

Lunch: cheese ploughman's sandwich.

Drinks (apart from from juice and coffee first thing), water and lemon and barley.

Wouldn't usually eat bread twice in one day (used granary for both), but really fancied the cheese ploughmans and it was ace! Only thing now is I am still very full up and don't think I'll want any dinner.

L: 3 lots of cheese and crackers with chutney, fruit salad (melon, nectarine, strawberries, raspberries, banana)
S: dark chocolate digestive
D: spaghetti with sausage Ragu and parmesan
I'll have a small bowl of plain Greek yogurt later

I've also drunk copious amounts of tea. Full of cold so just had what I fancied, mostly tea :)
