Breakfast : 2 rashers bacon, 2 fried eggs, fried toms in bacon fat, slice of peanut butter on toast.

Lunch : Portuguese chicken fillet, red pepper spinach, chickpea salad, roasted red peppers. Blueberries.

3 coffees, a diet Pepsi and lots of water.

Dinner will be burgers.

2 bananas and a butternut squash curry. I am intermittent fasting. Just about to have my coffee.

B - toasted pitta (was meant to be for with lunch but I needed the carbs this morning)
S - ready salted french fries and a fibre one brownie
L - chorizo salad
S - fat free yogurt (which was ignored at breakfast

I've had me a nice big bowl of Sweet FA Flakes for breakfast and lunch was NAFT.
I'm hungry now but teas not far away.
Chicken and slapdash pie, mash, veg and gravy tonight.

In between food .. decaf tea still and fizzy water
Cooked breaky at premier in .. beans egg .. mush hash brown
Choc bar
McFlurry ( not proud of it but hubby has a day off so we treated ourselves ( we know how to live lol)
Tonight homemade spaghetti with carrots and mushrooms ..
and fruit for afters

Breakfast: porridge

Snack: a latte and a couple of sneaky bites of DD's pizza at M&S cafe (grandma's treat)

Lunch: tomato, pepper and Wensleydale soup. A banana and an apple.

Tea: will be having vegetarian sausage casserole packed with veggies

Drinking lots of tea throughout the day.

Trying to get healthy once and for all. This thread is actually really helpful. It's inspiring to see what other people are eating and it's making me think twice about munching on rubbish.

Pizza for dinner I think.... I’m being awful this week but dp is away so I’m eating like a student! (And secretly loving it)

At cricket today so atypical:

B: croissant, apple, black coffee
L: sun dried tomatoes, mini pork pies, artichoke hearts, strawberries, cherries and gorgon zola.
S: as per lunch

Drinks: coffee, water and champagne (v.atypical!)

1/2 punnet strawberries

Herby chicken salad with a wholemeal roll

Packet of aldi pea stick snacks and a couple of ritz crackers

4 x chipolatas, hot dog roll, salad (+ mustard and ketchup)

Little pot of vanilla skyr, some lucky charms

I've had loads to eat today, no wonder chubby.

BF: 2 coffees with splash of oat milk, handful of nuts
Lunch: yogurt with berries and tablespoon granola.
Dinner: Breaded fish and green salad.
Snacks: this is where it went wrong, crisps, bar of dairy milk and a nectarine.

D: chilli con carne, wedges, corn on the cob and green beans
Snack: fruit salad (nectarine, peach, strawberries and raspberries, also just had 2 squares of Moser Roth dark chocolate with Rio.

Coffee mid morn

Lunch- hummus & avacado salad wrap. Peach.

Banana.

Dinner- courgette & ricotta lasagna & green salad.

4 squares milk choc (with toffee and Himalayan salt!) Plus cuppa

Stroopwaffel, tea.

4 oatcakes, cheese triangle. Tea
Parsnip, ginger, chili soup. Grapes.
Lemon, honey, garlic drink. Mango.

Yesterday:

Fat free natural yoghurt with mango and strawberries
Tuna salad with 2 hardboiled eggs and balsamic vinegar
2 naked prawn and crab fish cakes (no breadcrumbs) wilted spinach, mixed salad.
1 bag of hoola hoops puft
2 ryvitas with low fat spread and reduced sugar jam.
3 coffees with skimmed milk
2 green teas
2l water

Oats with water, red berries and a weight watchers fromage frais.

Broghies, Turkey breast, boiled eggs, salad and homemade chilli butternut and carrot soup.

BBQ chicken breast, roast root vegetables and spinach.

2 mini twister lollies.

Loads of coffee and diet Coke.

Yesterday...
Mid-morning: Greek yoghurt with mango and blueberries.
Snack: an apple and a handful of puffed pea snack things, I'm not a big fan of crisps but I love those.
Dinner: barbecued chicken breast with 1/2 a baked sweet potato and roasted mixed vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, courgette).
Evening: a mango sorbet ice lolly, 5 strawberries and 4 small squares of Lindt white chocolate.
Drinks: about a litre of water - so not enough! - and one glass of elderflower cordial.

I'm slim but eat/drink too much sugar overall, it's my big weakness.
