What have you eaten today?

Breakfast : 2 rashers bacon, 2 fried eggs, fried toms in bacon fat, slice of peanut butter on toast.

Lunch : Portuguese chicken fillet, red pepper spinach, chickpea salad, roasted red peppers. Blueberries.

3 coffees, a diet Pepsi and lots of water.

Dinner will be burgers.

Breakfast: porridge with a banana
Lunch: bulgur wheat salad with pomegranate, tomatoes and halloumi
Dinner: poached salmon with new potatoes
One coffee and lots of water!

Breakfast: nothing. Slept late because I wasn't feeling well and DH is an absolute legend who can work on his laptop and toddler wrangle simultaneously 💪🏼

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs

Tea: Pork chop, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans and gravy.

Snacks: Loads of mini Dime bars whilst watching Netflix.

Lots of cups of tea throughout the day.

@RunningFeisty - I am on limited means till payday in order to see that DC is fed. Thankfully I have batch cooked meals from earlier in the month so DS won't starve. DD is away so that saves on meals.

However do you have anything in the freezer / cupboards that could be turned into a meal?

Sausage and bacon on toast with brown sauce for breakfast

In hospital with dc over lunch so nothing

Dinner was peri peri chicken skewers with lettuce, tomato, avocado and bacon salad and spicy wedges. Bloody lovely it was too.

Have had three cups of coffee some water and a glass of diet Coke to drink.

Bowl ice cream

I can't believe how little some people eat Shock

B: shredded wheat with blueberries
L: falafel, cous cous, tomatoes, cucumber, spinach
D: jacket potato with cheese, corn on the cob, red onion, lettuce, tomatoes and salad cream
Snacks: cookie, watermelon, handful of pecans
Drinks: water, 1 cup of tea, glass of zero fanta

Yoghurt with granola
Boiled egg and whole meal toast with butter
Breaded fish baked in oven , salad of few type salad leaves, celery, tomatoes, red pepper, peas, home made potato salad
Yoghurt with strawberries and blueberries.
Drank tea, decaf coffee and water.

what is everyone planning on eating today?

I ate quite well yesterday but then sabotaged the diet with a bowl of cinnamon crunch cereal. I wish DP wouldn't keep such delicious items in the house!

B: so far I've sneaked a couple of mini babana/oat/egg pancakes that I made for DC and I'm on my second milky coffee.

S: In a bit I'll be having a slice of tea and cake at a play group!

L: a large bowl of leftover Morrocan chickpea soup.

S: I'll probably have a basic smoothie before dinner (something like spinach, kale, apple + coconut water) because my "diet" is to focus on upping the fruit and veggies and alas leaving little room for lots of crap that I would normally inhale.

D: we'll probably have chicken noodle soup as the chicken goes off tomorrow.

If I'm peckish in the evening I'll probably have cucumber and carrot sticks to balance out the cake I'm having this morning.

Anyone else?

Greek yogurt and blue berries at 10.00am. Walnut salad with pears at 2.00pm and homemade paneer curry at 6.00pm.

I've had porridge and a banana for breakfast

Lunch will be a jacket potato with tuna mayo, a bit of cheese and plenty of salad

Dinner is creamy mushroom stroganoff with cauli rice and peas

Later on before bed, I will have a couple of squares of dark chocolate

One brioche for a snack just now. Trying to work out what I want for lunch (and trying not to tempt myself into eating the last of the brioche)

Sweet chilli salmon fillet with loads of veg (broccoli, runner beans, snap peas) for dinner
