Breakfast : 2 rashers bacon, 2 fried eggs, fried toms in bacon fat, slice of peanut butter on toast.

Lunch : Portuguese chicken fillet, red pepper spinach, chickpea salad, roasted red peppers. Blueberries.

3 coffees, a diet Pepsi and lots of water.

Dinner will be burgers.

Yesterday:

B: cheese and mushroom omelette. Hash brown.
L: salmon sushi, doughnut, banana.
S: ham and cheese sandwich, crisps, peach with yoghurt (2 glasses of wine induced)

Snacks: apple, one biscuit. Lots of water and black coffee.

B: 2 slices of wholemeal toast with butter and marmalade, tea
L: bacon, scrambled eggs and tinned plum tomatoes, a little bit of chocolate ice cream to use it up
D: pork kofta kebabs, pitta bread, chips and salad

Just having a glass of wine (my first since my daughter was born as DP has agreed to do night duty tonight) and a mini chocolate dessert thing from Lidl :)

Breakfast: 2 cups of tea and a small bowl of multigrain hoops
Lunch: cup of tea and a piece of cake
Snack: crunchy peanut butter sandwich
Dinner: breaded cod, oven chips and peas.
Ice cream waver thing for pudding.

Lots of water and lime and more cups of tea. Oh, a bag of wine gums ds bought me.

B - cup of tea and 3 pancakes (lemon and sugar, raspberry jam and maple syrup)
L - cheese and onion toastie on brown bread with sides of raw veg sticks followed by an enormous apple
D -courgette and feta fritters, freekah, greek salad, home made pitta bread, hummus and tzatziki

2 low alcohol lager and limes.

Breakfast: nothing. Lie in 😴

Lunch: fresh chicken and veg soup

Snack: banana

Tea: pork fillet stuffed with feta and wrapped in Parma ham, with mint and chili fried courgette and pepper slices. Couple of glasses of wine. Strawberries and cream.

Lunch: salmon sushi, yoghurt and fruit
Dinner: poilane with raisins and walnuts, grilled halloumi, some cherries

Black coffee and water all day.

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: pea, spinach and mint soup. One falafel.

Tea: chicken stir fry. Small cupcake.

Lots of tea throughout the day.

B: half a cup cake and a cup of coffee in bed

Brunch: two pieces of potato bread, two slices of bacon and a fried egg

Snacks: meringue nest bun and half a bar of galaxy, glass of alcopop

Dinner in oven: roast chicken, roasties and veg and stuffing.

Blush in my defence I usually eat very healthily but my period is due and I am like a hoover...

I have been super good all week - trying to lose weight and exercise more and have managed to lose half a stone so far.

Today I’ve let myself go a bit! BlushGrin

B - onion bagel toasted with tons of butter
L - chicken and salad wrap
2 ice lollies
Packed of crisps
Bit of baguette I couldn’t resist with tons of butter (I love butter)
D - fried eggs and chips with lots of mayo and tomato sauce
Bowl of raspberries
Probably eat some sort of pudding thing later

Crack on with it all again tomorrow!

S- leftover chicken from yesterday and some salted popcorn
D- sweet potato fries and some chorizo sausage whirls on bbq.
