Breakfast : 2 rashers bacon, 2 fried eggs, fried toms in bacon fat, slice of peanut butter on toast.

Lunch : Portuguese chicken fillet, red pepper spinach, chickpea salad, roasted red peppers. Blueberries.

3 coffees, a diet Pepsi and lots of water.

Dinner will be burgers.

Breakfast - sourdough toast with boiled eggs (2) + coffee with oat milk + sugar
Snacks = strawberries
Lunch - grilled chicken with salad, rice and hummus
Snacks = 2 dark chocolate digestives
Dinner - minced beef tacos topped with cheese
Snacks = mini magnum + bamba crisps!

Breakfast: 2 Weetabix and a banana
Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich and ready salted crisps
Dinner: Chilli pork strips and potato wedges
And a sneaky handful of jellybeans this afternoon while DC weren't looking!

Mostly water to drink, but Lipton peach tea with lunch.

B- cappuccino, porridge made with water with low-fat yoghurt and a banana

Breakfast/lunch- potato salad made with whole grain mustard rather than mayonnaise; tomatoes; boiled eggs, and cheese focaccia. Chocolate cake and two cups of coffee.

Tea- homemade veg soup and two slices of buttered bread.

Two beers. Water. Small bag of cheesy puffs.

I was still sort of on holiday.

Breakfast: porridge with banana, mango, almonds and coconut
Snack: half a toasted hot cross bun
Lunch: vegetable soup, roll, cucumber, tomato, little bit of boursin, piece of fudge
Dinner: spaghetti Bolognese, broad beans
Pudding: strawberries
Snack: piece of fudge, few squares of dark chocolate, grapes

crab stick sandwich and 2 homemade cookies. Lots of tea and coffee.

Had to take my dad to the doctors so only got in at 8.

B - 2 coffees. One wheatabix with honey.
S - 2 pieces of chocolate Swiss roll
L - cheesy baked beans with little sausages on toast
S - 1 piece toast, mini chicken strips and hummus
D - pork chop with noodles and green veg stir fry

Breakfast - half a flatbread with ham (5am)
Croissant and flat white about 7 on way to work (should not have done this really but couldn't resist and had a bit of a wait to change bus)
Lots of tea at work
Lunch- spinach and ricotta ravioli, tomato salad, water
Snack at end of school - mug shot I had in my desk and fancied it
Dinner - prawn stir fry with edamame noodles (m&s stir fry deal)
A couple of miniature teacakes.

Yes I'm fat.

7am 2 brioche rolls
between 12 and 1 3 raisin shortbread biscuits as I was losing hope of getting a lunch break
4pm sweet and sour chicken ready meal
Drank not nearly enough water

That's how my work day panned out, not long got home and not hungry now.

L - tuna pasta with sweetcorn, 2 falafel balls, small tomato soup
Snack - apple and iced coffee
D- melon, cherry and apple salad with leafy greens and some crunchy raw veg
Supper - bread and butter
Throughout the day - Lots of water
Disclaimer: pregnant and struggling in the heat. Lunch was all the leftovers I could find that might constitute a meal. Supper was late after choir practise when I felt suddenly ravenous.

Tea: cheese and onion quiche, salad, new pots and a round of bread.

Snacks: a Twirl, Minstrels, loads of cups of tea

Lunch was buffet so two sandwich quarters, crudités with hummus, mini samosa and filo prawn. Fruit

Supper at Cote was asparagus in hollandaise, then a grilled chicken and walnut salad.

Snacks 2 almonds and some sunflower seeds. 2 rich teas. 2 malted milks.
Dinner wrap with pinch of nom fake away kebab. Salad. Some grapes.

First day of my fitness pal. Under 1200 calories, unbelievably.

Breakfast: 45g (yes, I weighed it!) Jordan's Super Berry granola, with semi-skimmed milk.

Lunch: Greek salad from M&S (200g pack).

Dinner: Grilled salmon fillet with tender-stem broccoli and 5 small new potatoes.

2 x tea, 1 x skinny latte from Costa, 1 litre of water, 1 x camomile tea

I am attempting to lose two stone before my holiday and am halfway there 😁

D- fish pie, carrots, broccoli, peas and sweetcorn.
S- small quavers, fibre one bar and a rocket lolly.
