Breakfast : 2 rashers bacon, 2 fried eggs, fried toms in bacon fat, slice of peanut butter on toast.

Lunch : Portuguese chicken fillet, red pepper spinach, chickpea salad, roasted red peppers. Blueberries.

3 coffees, a diet Pepsi and lots of water.

Dinner will be burgers.

B - 2 slices of toast, one with strawberry jam, other lemon curd
L - Lasagne
D - Ham salad
Snacks - mini pork pie, banana, cherry's, grapes, packet of starburst and some cheesy balls

Grilled chicken fillet, another small baked pot, tomato salad. Watermelon, dark choc. Large glass red wine.

Oats made with water, homegrown raspberries and a weight watchers fromage frais.

Fried spring greens, onion, peppers, mushrooms and bacon medlions with a poached egg. 15g popcorn, apple, orange, plum and apricot.

Chicken and black bean stir fry with noodles.

Mini Twister lolly.

2 teas
Approximately 6 or 8 coffees
2 cans diet coke
2 winter spice Ribena
3 litres water.

Had a crazy day yesterday and just didn't get chance to eat much.

Didn't have breakfast or lunch.

Tea: fish with broccoli, cauliflower and parsley sauce.

Snack: bowl of strawberries with cream. Slice of cheese.

Half slice passion fruit cheesecake, latte.

Breakfast: nothing

Lunch: fry up without bread or hash browns (I'm low-ish carbing so a bit of a Friday treat without falling off the wagon too far!)

Tea: halloumi bake. Strawberries and cream.

Lots of cups of tea

B: Weetabix with banana and blueberries
L: salmon roll, salad and boiled egg; kiwi
D: meatball panini, few chips and broccoli
Had some chocolate in the evening, and a cracker with cheese in the afternoon.

Today-
B: Greek yoghurt with muesli and a banana
L: cheese and onion omelette with salad, melon
D: venison burger, chips, green beans and broccoli

Might have some dark chocolate soon

Beef chili, rice. Tortilla chips, Greek yoghurt, jalapeño pepper, cheddar.

Dark chocolate, tea. Fizzy orange.

Breakfast - salmon and egg mini baguette from Pret. Black filter coffee.

Lunch - noodles with stir fry veg and a tuna steak

Snack - twirl and a fennel tea

Dinner - baked beans on toast

Snack - fab as a post gym treat

Yesterday was also a salmon and egg from pret, lunch was beef chilli with rice and all the trimmings. Malteasers for a snack. Dinner was a plate of tofu char kuey teow

Need to knock the afternoon chocolate on the head really and buy some fruit and veg - haven’t got to a shop for a few days!
