Breakfast : 2 rashers bacon, 2 fried eggs, fried toms in bacon fat, slice of peanut butter on toast.

Lunch : Portuguese chicken fillet, red pepper spinach, chickpea salad, roasted red peppers. Blueberries.

3 coffees, a diet Pepsi and lots of water.

Dinner will be burgers.

Weetabix

Baked beans jacket and cheese

Snacks apple, watermelon, satsuma, biscuit, 2 slices bread and butter. Mountains of tea and coffee.

Dinner will be snacky - hummus, cheese, salad and crusty roll

Sounds like a eat a decent amount more than most on here!

B - strawberries, banana and naked bar (travelling early). Fruit tea x2
L - quorn chicken salad sandwich on brown. Apple. Pepsi max.
S- carrot sticks in hummous.
D- quorn fish, new pots, broccoli, leaks, green beans, sugar snap peas
3 litres water through the day and just going to have a peppermint tea.

2 pieces of sourdough toast with butter and Bovril
1 piece of sourdough toast with mushrooms and 2 rashers of bacon.
1 Tunnocks teacake
1 Nairns gluten free chocolate chip biscuit
3 mugs Redbush tea
Baked sea bass fillet, brown rice with herbs, courgette and chard
1 Freddo

B: 1 piece low carb toast, butter & vegemite, cup coffee, then a flat white before work

L: peanut/sesame seed crackers and laughing cow cheese + small apple

S: 8 dark chocolate almonds + half another apple

S2: flat white

D: stir fry with courgette, peas, chicken sausage, cauliflower rice and some left over pork.

S: some vanilla skyr yogurt

I have T1 diabetes and find controlling carbs essential to maintaining control, but tend to trend low in the afternoon so eat fruit to ward off lows.

Porridge with chia seeds made with milk & a tsp of honey
2 buttered crumpets
A packet of wotsits
Another liquorice stick
A few Ritz crackers
2 breadsticks
Two small slices of cheese
One stick of Twirl
Another liquorice stick
Homemade chicken curry (korma style) with basmati rice, a small poppadom
Half an individual lemon tart with a few fresh raspberries and cream

I graze all day when I'm looking after my grandkids. Awful.

S - chocolate brownie, banana

D - quorn nuggets with potato waffles, peas and grilled tomato. Strawberries and nectarine

I'm on a juice cleanse as I've eaten terribly lately and it can help reset my sugar and carb cravings while helping me with the bloat i get from IBS when I've overeaten.
I'm on my 4th and last juice of the day.
All your meals sound so lovely and ....chewy. Grin

B- fat free natural yogurt, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, apple and banana
L- homemade veg soup
D- quorn vegan 5 grain fillet, roasted veg and baked beans.
Snacks- 2x Hifi bars, 2x satsumas, watermelon and grapes

Usually eat a lot more- lots of snacking but trying to do no pasta, bread etc this week

One of them bagel thing things for breakfast. Disappointing.
Stir fried veg for lunch quickly followed by a bag of crisps as I was still starving.
A few Percy pigs at my desk
Two slices of toast
Veggie sausage and chickpea stew with mash and kale.

Breakfast-Porridge with apple, cinnamon and raspberries
Lunch- jacket potato with cheese and beans
Dinner- chicken in a mushroom sauce with rice
Snacks - handful of apricots (dried) and I've just had weetabix with strawberries and blueberries.
One coffee
Two weak black teas
At least three litres of water.
I'm breastfeeding a newborn which is making me hungry all the time.

L - green salad, grilled chicken breast with seasoning, sliced hard boiled egg, HM pesto, strawberries melon.
T - grilled med veg, grilled salmon, mushy peas

Breakfast: Greek yoghurt with a handful of granola, a drizzle of honey, and a huge pile of chopped fruit (figs, nectarines, strawberries and blueberries).

Lunch: Issau Oraty cheese salad (tomatoes, cucumber, watercress and celery).

Dinner: Homemade Chinese chicken noodle soup, with mushrooms, sweet corn, spring onions and coriander.

Snacks: 2 celery sticks dipped in peanut butter, 1 slice of issau oraty cheese, and about 15 pistachios.

2 cups of cafetière coffee.
1 small cappuccino.
2 glasses of water.

Didn't manage breakfast, had an almighty lie-in. Grin

L - red pepper, feta and tomato pasta salad followed by an oreo yoghurt
Snack - bagel with cream cheese & salami
D - savoury pancakes (need to do a shop!)

2 cups of coffee. Water.

Sorry to put a downer on this thread, but several of the post show a days worth of eating that is dangerously low in calories. While I understand it’s only a snap shot of a person’s diet, as someone who has struggled with an eating disorder, it alarms me that some people may read this thread and beat themselves up for eating within an appropriate range, in comparison with some of the extremes on here.

Cup of tea first thing.

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with raspberries, oats and honey. Another cup of tea.

Snack: Homemade flapjack.

Lunch: Homemade pizza slice with herby potatoes and veg. Carrot cake for pudding. I think I had another cup of tea.

(Snack and lunch are free at school)

Dinner: x4 fajitas with chicken, peppers and onions. Served with nachos, Greek yogurt and guacamole.

Throughout the day I drank 1 litre of water.

Breakfast : Meal replacement shake

No lunch as I worked all day

Dinner : Ham salad roll and crisps

I've been trying and failing to cut out sugar and today is the first day in months that I haven't had sweets or chocolate, the cravings are driving me mad but I'm determined not to cave.

Just water to drink

Tested positive for gestational diabetes last week, not had hospital appointment yet so not testing blood yet but started trying to incorporate the new diet. Probably still too much bread (was the low carb, high protein sort though) but was pushed for time today.
I had a plain full fat greek yoghurt in fridge too but didn’t fancy it.

What I’d like to eat is a massive cake.

B: overnight oats with raspberries
L: brown rice, tomato and bean stew with blue cheese melted on top. 2 big chocolate cookies.
S: sashimi then peaches and yoghurt.

Drinks: black coffee plus water.
