How has today been Hush?

My Metafit class was absolutely brutal. I felt like I was going to faint and was purple in the face for about an hour afterwards!

I'm Aching all over already so I expect to be ten times worse tomorrow. I'm Going swimming first thing in the morning so hopefully that should loosen me up a bit!

I have been okay today thanks. I spent most of the day waiting for phone calls and messages that did not arrive!
I did manage to clear some more clutter from my spare bedroom.

Thanks Louisa, welcome to my new thread
I walked the dogs. Then I had to wait for a delivery. I was also expecting some calls and messages but they did not come. I did manage to clear some clutter from the spare bedroom.
I hope you had a good day.
Sitting watching the soaps with a large glass of rose wine.
