Kirk123,why not? Somewhere local,tell a friend where your going(just to be on the safe side).Enjoy lunch,make a new friend.And good luck.x

PiscoSour66 · 15/03/2016 00:51

Hello Hush. An up and down sort of day, thank you for asking. I'm glad everyone has been enjoying the nice weather, it does make a difference.
Why not kirk? It might be fun. Like Time said keep it local and public and tell a friend. At worst you'll just lose a couple of hours.
Good night all x

What is this thread about

How about you do an advanced search on the OP's username and find out.

Hushabyemountain98 · 15/03/2016 07:17

Good morning Kirk. I agree with Timetosay and Pisco. I think you should give it a go. Just make sure that you stay safe. If you find that you do not like him you do not have to go again. If you do then that is great!
Have a good day xx

Good Morning Pisco. I know what you mean about an up and down sort of day.
It looks as though it is going to be another sunny day.
I need to get out of the house today. I was stuck in all day, apart from walking the dogs, waiting for a delivery, phone calls etc.
I hope you have a good one xx

Thank you everyone , I was going to do an advanced search like not said on him , until I realised she meant the thread 🙈 !! This thread really must be our onward and upwards mantra , what not said on Sunday has really make a difference to my thinking , I realised I was in a weird way lingering on the self pity and the attention of being abandoned , I thank you notonyour for helping me change my mind set . I will go for a coffee with a man and not make a deal out of it , I won't over analyse it , I will just have fun ! All sounds positive let's hope and pray I can do just that . Hope everyone has a nice day and hushs thread continues for some time xxx

PiscoSour66 · 15/03/2016 08:01

Good morning. Make the most of the weather Hush as it's cloudy here.
Put your new jumper on and go somewhere nice, why not see who's around to go out with you?
That's the spirit kirk! We can't help how we feel, but maybe now you feel a little better you are able to 'control' those feelings a bit more (if that makes sense?)
Have a good day all x

pizzaeatingmonkey · 15/03/2016 08:28

Hello all, I don't have much to say at the moment but I'd like to lurk here with you if that's ok?

Hushabyemountain98 · 15/03/2016 12:31

Hi Kirk,
I am glad that notonyur has really helped you.
She has helped me a lot too. She does not sugar coat things!
Which is a good thing. She has been through this and has come out the other side. Still not easy but totally different.
I do not know what I would have done without my MN friends at times.
Still this is supposed to be a more positive thread so I do not want to get all
maudlin.
Go and see this chap but make sure you stay safe.
Xx

Good Afternoon Pisco,

Sorry it was cloudy where you are. Maybe it has brightened up?
It is sunny here but still a bit chilly.
I have walked the dogs. Been to the Vet. Done some food shopping. Put air in my tyres. Then sat and cried!
So my jumper remains in the drawer.
Sorry for the negativity on my new positive thread!
I hope you are having a good day?xx

Hi Hush. It's ok. It gets like that. It's going to be up and down for a time yet.
Is there anyone you can go to nearby just for a five minute chat? X

WTAFF · 15/03/2016 14:32

Hello everyone!

Hush, you're bound to still have some days which are worse than others. I'm Sure this will continue for some time. However, each day that passes you get stronger. Try and hold onto this thought.

Have you anything which will keep you busy this afternoon?

Xx

Hushabyemountain98 · 15/03/2016 14:34

Hi Pisco,
Thanks. I will see my neighbour when she comes home.

Hello pizzaeatingmonkey welcome. I've been to Birmingham today and as I came out of the station I fell down really hard on my knee and ripped a massive hole in my tights. I had to go and buy new ones cos I couldn't turn up to where I was going like that - you could see my poor old knee bleeding through the hole! My goodness me though it gave me a shock - I can't bounce back like I did years ago. And yes, yes, yes you are all quite right - I was looking at my phone!

Chiconbelge · 15/03/2016 21:34

Hush, I hope your afternoon got a bit better. Well done for putting air in the tyres I've always hated that! And anything to do with looking after the car.

Hushabyemountain98 · 15/03/2016 23:48

Hello Chicon. I am sorry that you had a fall and really hurt your knee. I hope it is not too painful?
Please take care of yourself.
My day did not get better I am afraid.
I can look after my car but have not had to do it of a while!

I hope you get some sleep.
Take care xx
