Hello! Making a new thread for Flow devotees to continue our yoga together. Any YWA devotees welcome! ( and it doesn’t have to be flow, I will Repeat flow but may also do Center)

I've just done today's from the calendar - Freedom Glow Flow. It's a very old one filmed outdoors in what looks like a rainforest. Adriene looks so young!

Did day 1 of Flow yesterday and day 2 today. They seem harder work this time around! But I really enjoyed revisiting and finessing the poses

I did the foot yoga this morning. Seemed like a nice one to do as I walk my dog a lot. It was very short and easy.

I’m still a day behind on the February calendar so I had young Adriene yesterday and I get foot yoga today which I’m really looking forward to.

I'm a couple of days behind on Flow, but did Day 4 last night and really enjoyed it - didn't really remember it that well from the first time round.

I think because of an increase in strength, instead of struggling with the moves, I can think more about the breathing and how I do the moves.

Day 5 of Flow - short but with the hip exercises. It was definitely easier, if not exactly easy second time around. Getting more from the breathing exercises this time round.

day 4 of Flow and that’s the one where she forgets to do the RH side of the arm and leg out and crunching! Will I ever remember that?!

Day 8 of Flow today. Found it a bit boring but still really hard. Everything hurt and was a struggle. Sigh. Sometimes it seems that I am just not cut out for yoga. I am feeling rather discouraged.

I’m sorry to hear that @Buttalapasta. I do have days when it seems like hard work. I did a lovely one today from the February series for day 7 as I’m one day behind. It used a rolled up blanket as a bolster and you basically lay on it in different poses. I felt invigorated afterwards despite all that lying around. I thought perhaps you might enjoy something like that for a change.

@narniabusiness i have just done that one - lovely wasn’t it. I swapped yesterday and today as I was so late last night and didn’t realise that it was going to be such a relaxing session.

I decided to do Day 6 of Flow today. I think I will regret it in the morning.

@Buttalapasta I'm sorry that today's was hard for you. I definitely have days when I think I should just give up but, without wishing to sound too wanky, I figure those are the days when it probably does me the most good.

@Buttalapasta assuming that you're a woman, your hormones can make a massive difference - there are times of the month when I can barely touch the ground in forward fold or hold a plank. Just try to roll with it and be kind to yourself if you can.

@mynameiscalypso I have day 6 of Flow planned today - I did a tempo run yesterday and set a 5k PB during it so chickened out of Day 6 and just did the post-run video.

Hello, I've not posted in a while but still managing to follow Flow again. I did day 8 this am, the one with pillow and blanket. It was nice after a hard couple of days, and I'm feeling very tired this week. Might have been better to do pre bed but oh well!

@Buttalapasta Pleased to hear you had a better session today.
I did the Feb calendar for today, which was for the lower back. A favourite of mine anyway due to too much gardening.

Did fill your cup today, which was great. I tried the upper back one yesterday, but it wasn't quite what I needed! May try to take a longer one tomorrow, have been cherry picking the 20 min ish ones!
