Hello! Making a new thread for Flow devotees to continue our yoga together. Any YWA devotees welcome! ( and it doesn’t have to be flow, I will Repeat flow but may also do Center)

Did Day 12 of Flow yesterday, it's funny how some of them seem totally new to me, when I'm sure I did do them all the first time round!

Had a revelation in the lunge when she said about pulling the hip crease back and the shin of the back leg forward to lift the pelvic floor - first time I've ever felt any different when pulling the hip crease back, I never knew why she was saying that!

That’s the great thing about repeating the 30 days through the year things click into place and can see improvement/ progress.
I too forget and some days feel totally new!
Day 7 flow.

I'm still dipping in to Admire but not managing it daily (illness, DC dance show demands, other excuses). Did the Date Night one yesterday and found it quite difficult - I racked up 18 active minutes on my fitbit. Amazing how quickly you lose flexibility, but this has motivated me to get back on the mat daily - just maybe with a shorter one later!

Still on Admire here. I did the Valentines yoga,,having skipped ahead and done some of the shorter ones the last couple of days. So I’m back up to date now.

Flow Day 15 (I think? The one called Balance). I forgot you had 5 mins of breathing at the start so was able to skip through that. The rest of it was nice although despite having done it before, I expected more balancing poses!

I had a particularly bouncy/squat-filled HIIT workout this morning so I did the quad stretch again (twice in four days!) as a cool down. Excellent for that.

Day 23 of Flow. I think this must have been the one I missed last month as I would have remembered how hard it is on the thighs!

I’m still doing the February calendar but I’m getting bored of it now. Whoever put it together has gone so out for a Valentine’s Day theme there are too many love or heart opening practices and I think my abbs are getting too much rest.
Perhaps I’ll be eating my words tomorrow?

I had a rare night out last night so skipped a day - did the shortest remaining admire video this morning (fill your cup) before work, and yesterday's yoga for vulnerability this evening. I agree @narniabusiness will be good to back to something different. What are you going to do next month?

I’m wondering about repeating flow as I did enjoy that a lot @OhOneOhTwoOhThree. I might take a look at the March calendar to see if it looks any good before making up my mind.

I did the Freedom Glow Flow from the Admire calendar today - found it tough but satisfying. Definitely got my sweat glow on.

I went for Core and Restore today - my abs needed it! It's a fairy recent upload (between Flow and Center on the list).

I did a longer one from the Feb calendar today - freedom glow flow or something like that? Like a PP said I think, the production is terrible but it has a stunning backdrop. I am very stiff (and got up very early with DS) so needed something to get me going and it was great for that. I even managed the bit where you lower from plank to your stomach on one leg which I've never been able to do before. Definitely a testament to how much arm/core strength has improved over the last two months.

Ahh, hello! I am slipping with both practice and posting here. I got up to day 17 of Flow but then had a few days where they were 20+ minutes and I'd not left enough time before work. So did the Quad one (enjoyed) and another short one yesterday (don't recall title, it was an old one though!). Will try to get back on track with Flow but I've yet to do yoga today, and if I don't get up and do it first thing I find the motivation goes as the day goes on.

Me too @Jumbojem . Didn’t do this morning, busy all day and we have company this evening. I know it’s excuses as I’m only aiming for 10 minute practices and can’t even be disciplined enough to do that!

Yoga Party for me this morning. My sleep is terrible this morning so I needed something to get me going before sitting down to do some work. Fun, I liked it. Knocking on heaven's door at the end was just what I needed to wake up a bit.
