Anyone else excited for this? Ready to get going in the new year?

I got all excited when it was announced but just can't get the site to load. Had anyone else managed to get into it?

I found today's very hard on the shoulders more than abs, a lot of time in plank, table top and down dog without much of a break off the shoulders/arms.
I might leave tomorrow's for late in the day rather than first thing if it's breath work.

Yes, my wrists seemed to be the weakest point today, didn't feel it so much in the abs (maybe i was doing it wrong...)

Just did day 17 and am letting day 18 wash over me as I get random admin done. I know that's not the point but I am not one for a pure meditation practice.

Didn’t like today at all, inners to
move! But I did it and my mind was whirring.it felt like a waste but I know I am
also supposed to be calm!!!

I am also using today's one to catch up on admin and work emails. I did another 15 minute one first whjch was a bit more energetic as I needed to move today. Looking forward to getting back to it tomorrow.

@Sooverthemill my mind is never off, so I struggle with these types of practices - I guess we just have to "notice" that our minds are whirring 😜

I thought the 9 minute meditation would seem to go on for ages but it was really quick. It made a nice break, but it sounds like some active stuff is coming our way.

I loved it but thought I didn't need a cushion to sit on or blanket because my mat is quite thick. But I probably should have done. Legs ached a bit. But I just did a lying down thing afterwards and it eased them. Tomorrow sounds like ... fun.

I am all caught up after slipping slightly behind. I did yesterday’s practice this morning and today’s just now before bed. Enjoyed both.

Todays was just perfect and I can do the standing one leg balance ( better on right leg than left)! Yay

I just about kept up with the vinyasas but there’s no way I could get my leg up behind me. I just chilled with my knee up. Good practice today.

Ive noticed when trying to get my foot forward to lunge it's getting closer every day.... Still some way off but better than I was 2 weeks ago.

That was lots of cobra to downward dog, but a decent session after the pause yesterday. I could just about do the one leg balance on one side but nowhere near on the other.

I do like dancer's pose - on a good day (which today was) - other times it's just wobbly and frustrating.

Today's was one of my favourites. A nice mix of familiar along with the challenge of balancing poses. I'm okay balancing in dancer but I can't get my back leg that high. I'm hoping that will come with practice though.

I missed Saturday's as full of cold. Had one of those blow out days where the diet went out the window, did no exercise, was grumpy with the kids etc. Determined to make yesterday a one off so did day 19 this morning and aiming to do day 20 this evening and am now off out on a walk. Too full of cold for anything too energetic but got another busy week at work so need to get some fresh air today before I clean the whole house.
